When we were reconfiguring our office to create a more collaborative work environment we requested proposals from office design firms to present options that would align with our vision. We selected a few top firms in the area and were looking for one more to ensure an appropriate sampling was achieved. I stumbled on Office Express (OEX) as I was driving down Big Beaver Rd in Troy. We invited them to participate in the RFP process. I felt they were a long shot entering late in the process, as we had already had some concepts in hand. OEX was by far the most responsive of the firms we considered. Our contact at OEX was Steve Victory, and he was excellent. They provided a quick turnaround for the initial design options, then listened and responded to the adjustments that we thought were important. Resulting in an exciting, progressive, collaborative work space as we envisioned, delivered on time and on budget. Steve and the OEX team were there every step of the way, which was greatly appreciated. Installation was performed professionally and even the little details like cleaning up to ensure the work space was move-in ready when they left was attended to. This type of customer service and execution is uncommon today, which deserves recognition.

Our company has used OEX for office supplies for years. Only about a year ago did I take over the responsibility of ordering supplies for the entire company. I could not be more pleased with OEX as a company. The online ordering is easy and user friendly. When I have had returns, OEX is always willing to give us a credit immediately. They deliver the items directly to our office and put the items anywhere we ask them to. I can order as much or as little as I want and it is never an issue. A man who only identifies himself by saying he is from Office Express has called our business three days straight and has been extremely rude to our receptioinst. We are a family owned business and buy our supplies from a member of our extended family. When he was told this he said "whatever" & hung up. Do you really think we would do business with an organization that has people calling as rude as he was. Our offices our located in the Livonia area if that helps Corporate to know who calls on that area.
