I worked with Meghan, Kristy and David at the Dearborn store to print out a couple of large posters ( 24" x 36"). Using the automated forms from the Staples website was problematic as it forwarded them a relatively low resolution file even though I had submitted a native Power Point file of high resolution. Meghan quickly called me up, letting me know that the file was suspect and gave me their local email. I forwarded over the native file, Meghan did some magic, Kristy came on in the evening shift and tracked me down via cell phone to verify some details and David printed the last of it the next morning. All this was accomplished via phone and email and I literally swooped in and picked up my prints less than 18 hours after placing the order. Staples file handling could be better, but customer service from these 3 individuals was excellent and my presentation went great thanks to them. Customer service may be a thing of the past in many places, but not at this store. I highly recommend them for your last-minute (and any other) printing needs. Steve Ernest

I went to this store to purchase some new supplies. I had a nice sales experience but there was an item that had the wrong price. I went back and got the refund and bought one more item. It had the wrong price. This time I got a manager and explained the situation. She was very nice and refunded me the difference. I bought 10 more items but this time I checked the price each time she scanned it. 6 of the items had the wrong price. If I had not checked it would have been another trip into the store. While the staff was nice I will not be going back to this store. I feel its too much trouble to be that diligent for office supplies. It isnt brain surgery. The person handling pricing and changes should be fired. Ill give them a star because the staff was nice and handled the problems professionally.

Staff was very patient and gave great service...the manager reminded me why i stopped going to Staples a few years back...there were two teachers and another school employee and myself taking advantage of the special on the notebooks...i had been abvised manager can do an override for quantity in such instances...not this manager...he literally wanted you to go out of the store and come back in to obtain more...i will be seeking out the River Rouge school teacher to make sure she has adequate supplies for her pupils AND lodging a formal compliant...if you were going to allow the purchases why be a *** about it.

Self-service print stations apparently only can do PDF files so the attendant took my flash drive behind the desk to the print center and pulled up my PDF no problem and asked how many copies I needed and the manager interrupts him and tells me he cant do it until 7pm (its noon) because theres a queue he refuses to jump in simply hitting control + P. Was a single page, 20 copies. Would have literally taken less than a minute, dude just wanted to be a jerk. Avoid.

David is the star of this store. He handled my complicated transaction which involved price match, coupon, reward cert and gift card like a piece of cake, and he rang me up flawlessly. My shopping experience has never been better. Brian also helped me a lot to look for an item even he called another store for me. Dont need to go to another Staples in the area. The one in Dearborn is the one to go. A++ service.

Customer service sucked. You work with computers but cant allow me to print a resume . Instead charge me per minute due to how long Im taking. Then explain to me why me being a " black woman " you couldnt help me . "Just go to self serve printing, I dont know what else to tell you ." So I will NEVER RETURN to that inconsiderate location for anything else. A horrible experience today.

Wow is all I can say about the service I received from Moe and Grady! These two guys went above and beyond to help me with my business cards. These two young gentleman were a sheer delight, hands down some of the BEST customer service I have ever received. The manager Bill even helped with my paper selection. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Lloyd and Katie were very helpful. Lloyd was very accommodating and considerate. Katie was complimentary and gave me all the coupons that were appropriate to help reduce my charge. Mohammed is helpful and kind every time I go to this Staples. Actually all the entire staff is very helpful. I highly recommend this Staples. :)

The behavior of one manager there is not professional at all. I called in store before I took the trip to get a clearance laptop. He said yes we have it instock. After I got there, found out the laptop was bought by himself due to a super low price. He acted like an aXXHXX to let me go.

Great customer service. I am visiting MI for a funeral and needed a few photos copies in the middle of the viewings. The young lady paused her current print job and helped me with the copies. Was in and out in a matter of minutes. Thank you!
