In 2011 shipped a one of a kind piece of handmade art as a gift through StaplesUPS to Canada. The package was lost. Staples blames UPS, UPS blames Staples. UPS stated i had to track through Staples as that was the ship point. The staples mangers all promised to get on it and never followed through. After 3 months of my having to physically go to the store to address management (they wouldnt return calls and always unavailable when i phoned) they finally got UPS involved and the piece of art could not be found. I escalated to Staples presidents office, who were rude and told me never to call back. The Trueman road management never followed through on one promise for pursuing or to keep me updated. Management would hide when i came to the store.A year later i am still without any compensation for loss. In their eyes, I as the customer am the bad guy for using them and expecting delivery or compensation. Will never shop there again.

I was in this Staples store yesterday early evening, 8/23, to get information about laminating some items for an upcoming Memorial. I was already frazzled before I even walked in the store. To be completely honest I was not a pleasant customer at all. The gentleman at the print service counter was extremely helpful, so polite, calm & WOW patient! By the time I walked out I had exactly the information I went in there for and was in Awe at how well he handled the entire situation. He is the kind of employee all business owners hope to acquire! Thank you very much. I will certainly be back.

It was just ok. Wandered around looking for particular items and not once did any associate as if we needed any assistant. Also prices in general seemed really HIGH. WAS there mainly for school supplies and noticed only specials with good prices was stuff that is already a high profit item for staples already. Where things like book bags was crazy high. Anyway I wouldnt have bothered making comments if not asked.

Ive been going to the Hilliard Staples for many years for personal and business needs. I own a business in Dublin and use Staples for everything, promotional signs, banners, print, computers, printers and furniture etc... Its the personal service that when I need something that have always taken great care of me, this review is genuine and sincere, youll be well taken care of. I highly recommend Staples Hilliard!

This is a very clean store and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I applied at this store even though it wasnt the closest to my house. I do not regret it. They are hiring as well if anyone is interested. Especially, if you are tech savvy, have tech training, or experience. Same goes for Print Shop experience. 18yrs + -JR

Lots of items to choose from, but what really makes this a good Staples is the staff. By far some of the most personable staff members and they genuinely want to help you. Prices are good and they have sales from time to time on things like iPads and more.
