Ill be the first to admit that Staples has a nice selection of office supplies and pretty good deals; however, the copy & print center leaves a lot to be desired. Let me be specific: every time I go there I always have a very small order for the copy & print center--usually its putting a spiral binding on one thing, or scanning 1 page to a pdf. These are both very simple jobs which take about 30 seconds each. But for some reason, this Staples store can NEVER do it while you wait. The last time I was there (getting a one-page document scanned) they told me it would take 24 hours. Yes, 24 hours. ...and they didnt appear to be very busy. It made me really want to just go back there and do it myself. At any rate, Ive stopped going to this store for any copy/print orders.

I am only reviewing this locations Customer Service, as I didnt even have to go to the store to learn how unfavorable it was. I called and spoke with a person named Josh and inquired about them having a printer in stock. I was told I would be transferred to Joe who could help me. After five minutes of hold music I felt like I was calling my cable provider or something. Five minutes and not one person picking the phone up to help or even say we will be with you in a moment? I called about an item in stock which equates to, if you have it I will be there to buy it. So I hung up, called Office Depot in Royal Oak and within thirty seconds found my printer. Staples loss was Office Depots gain.

Came in trying to print a few things, and the woman working in the printing area, clearly did not want to work today. She wouldnt print my request because I needed it on an Avery label... so I asked if there was an alternative... her response "I dont know" I asked where else I could get this down around town and she also "didnt know". I had another image I wanted to print, I thought would be painless and she tossed a business card at me with instructions. At that point I walked out. Zero customer service.

We went to get my laptop checked out after hearing a radio advertising that if they cant fix it than its free. They couldnt fix it but they still charged me saying "thats not how the radio program goes". The manager have some really pissy attitude wish us and walked away while showing anger to us customers.

A very large selection of laptops and computers to choose from. One of the larger selections in the Metro Detroit area. Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable, youre in good hands here. In my opinion its above average quality for a Staples location.

Staff very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a desk chair. They have lots to choose from and will even assemble the chair for a very low fee, which is great because i was looking for a chair that i would not have to assemble myself.

Better prices and service than Office Max or Office Depot. They are rated higher on the HRC guide and I can see why. I was in and out in half the time I expected.

Matthew helped me print some wedding shower invites and he was so helpful and nice. He even had them done in 15 min and it wasnt even expensive.
