If you have other options, I would NOT work with this company. Maybe they play a different tune when serving other businesses, but not when delivering kitchen cabinets to a house. Youre forced to communicate through their automated voice system. They never return your calls, therefore your questions are left unanswered. If they dont receive your voicemail, guess what? You can wind up with your cabinets delivered on your doorstep (or back porch) any day, any time, without your consent or consideration for your schedule (or the weather!). Theyre not interested in verifying whether youll be home or not, and theyll deliver without you being home. I should know.... End of story? My cabinets are sitting on the back porch of my house with a rainy night ahead. I havent moved into the house yet and I live an hour away. They expect me to run out there tonight and throw a tarp on it. That was managements suggestion. Well, Im a widow with two small children, both with special needs, so dropping everything Im doing to go running is not realistic or appreciated. Small surprise. I cant make it out there tonight. No. I dont need management treating me like its my fault either, like this happened because I didnt receive their calls the *morning* of delivery. My only crime here was I forgot my phone while running errands. Running errands.... Again this should emphasize I wasnt available to receive the order. I need activities/deliveries to be scheduled, not voicemail telling me my product will arrive on "this day" with the only means to reschedule being voicemail. When I took their phone survey and it asked about my experience with the person who scheduled the delivery I just laughed and laughed. What scheduler? I grew up in a time with higher standards for customer service. If you ask me their conduct has been unprofessional. But maybe things have changed...

We recently used this company to perform various tasks around our large corporate office which included the re-construction of an office as well as some odds and ends that included some cubicle repair. We were answered in a timely manner for the quote and got a timely response when we were ready for the work to be performed. The crew was polite and accommodating while in the office. We are open to working with them again should the opportunity arise!

We have used Commercial Works for several small and large scale corporate moves and they have been wonderful to work with. Very professional, organized, and accommodating. The process they use to move corporate offices is very organized and was so helpful for us when we moved an office we had been located in for over 30 years! Their staff get in and get the job done efficiently and in a friendly manner. I would definitely recommend them.

I wouldnt even give them one star, no one here is helpful, I have been here to pickup several times and its always the same thing, the staff are all lazy inconsiderate jerks, they leave you setting in the lot with no service. Im going on 45 minutes now but Im sure it will be another half hour befor I get frustrated and go in just to hear them laugh and say they forgot about me! It is intentional, wouldnt recommend ever using this place!

We recently had Commercial Works move our office location and they were very organized and helpful. They provided plenty of storage bins for the move and their system worked nicely. During the move an office chair was damaged, and when it was determined that it could not be repaired, Commercial Works did not hesitate to replace it....with no hassle. Really good customer service.

This place is extremely slow when it comes to unloading OTR trucks. Had an appointment at 8am, they didnt even start unloading us until 10:15. On the plus side, they have vending machines, bathrooms, and a pool table
