When I was at my wits end with our previous copier and company, Trevor Macklem walked through my door and promised if we went with Prime Office our nightmare would be over. He provided a quote and when our Church Council asked questions or changes to our request, he continued to provide revised quotes. Trevor hung in there for over a year until the Church Council finally reached a decision to go with Prime Office. We got a SHARP MX5070N. The color quality in printing brochures and posters is truly exceptional and professional looking. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Trevor is extremely knowledgeable of the machines that Prime Office offers and the customer service is great! Everyone we have dealt with at Prime Office is has been friendly and courteous.
