I ordered some printing online. After the allotted hour was past (I actually gave them two), I went to the store to pick up my order, where I was promptly notified that their system was down. They could see my order, but not access the attachments. I was also told that my card wouldnt be charged (after I asked for a refund). I needed the printing done that day and ended up wasting a few hours with what could have been fixed with a simple phone call. Later, when I looked in my account, it HAD been charged. This store is a giant headache and has very poor communication. Also, their prices tend to be very high.

One of the employees came to me and asked me if I needed anything, as I said no and walked away she aproached again and noticed I was looking for a shower "door", she went ahead and called for the person in charge of the bathroom section. Great service

I went in to look for storage for both my dvd and cds. I had researched it online, and they had the best variety. It was so simple to find the right sizes because - THEY ARE IN SIZE ORDER. It was great. I was in and out in no time.

Expensive. Not really good deals. You have to buy multiple of the same item to get the spend $5, get items for 1¢. The one cant items have to be the same 3 things.
