The team at Staples in Spring hill on 19 are absolutly great! The customer service is above any and all in the area, as a small business owner locallyI rely on Keri, Michelle & the rest of the copy center weekly with every thing from our advertising photos, marketing brochures to banners. The on site computer tecs have saved us a few times from viruses and are very knowlegeable when needing new computers, copiers & other office equipment. Solid sound advise and great customer service from the mangers to the registers!! 2 thumbs up....

Horrible customer service in the printing department. The lady said that she would have to charge me extra to have something printed today and wouldnt let me use the computer to pull up my document. I told her I would be going to Office Depot. She could care less. This is how you lose business! Went to Office Depot and they let me use the computer and printed it in 10 minutes no questions asked

Impossible to contact, Impossible to pay bill on line, customer service phone hours are terrible, trying to get in touch with them for 3 days...very unhappy, Thinking about cancelling my MORE card...would not give it any stars if I could. THIS IS NOT FOR THEIR LOCATION. THIS IS ONLY FOR STAPLES CORPORATION, PEOPLE IN THE STORE ARE FINE, NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.

Went in to get something printed. Mara at print services was very helpful in getting the right size and paper for what I needed. Even helped me find another item in store that Id been looking for. Saved me an additional trip. Very happy with the result and the price overall.

The employees are really nice. Customer service was great. My only problem is I have trouble walking and the store has the line set up to where you have to walk all the way to the other end to walk around and walk all the way back to the first and second cashier.

This used to be a good store to get office supplies at good prices. Now theres no reason to get it here rather than online, unless you need something immediately. The employee turn over rate has increased over the last few years, which is a bad sign.

Great Sales, Great Return policy, & Ucan email *.doc & *pdfs 4EZr printing. Horrible rewards program. Never did get my money back for bringing in my empty ink cartridges.
