Awful! Staff is extremely rude and services are not completed. The owner does not call back when you supply a complaint. I left a report document to get binded, went back two hours later to pick it up and it was shoved on the back counter. Was told if I didt like it, I can take my documents and leave. This UPS store was very convenient for my company, but I will never order, or be a customer there again after this treatment. I urge anyone that needs critical stuff completed to go to another store.

Friday night February 17, 2017 store closed 6:55 pm, when I knocked on the door the clerk points to his watch and said were closed. I pointed to my watch and said its not 7 oclock yet. He refused to open the door so I had to leave. If the closing time is 6:55 pm then change your hours to read 6:55 pm. This employee should be FIRED no excuses! I also called UPS Corporate and filed a complaint.

Shady.. Asked what the fees were and the clerk said he did not know. I asked him to find out, and he said he did not think there were any. I found out they almost doubled the prices if I were to go to the post office. Will definately go the extra three miles to the post office from now on.

This is my favorite store. The staff is always attentive and polite. One day I was there before the opening time in the morning (8:30 AM) and the staff open the door for me and took my package.

Yes, they close before the time, even though i called them to check what time they close before i stop by.. Save your time and dont go there! Dont count on them..
