I should have read the reviews before I tried to get something important printed here. The customer service from Steven was absolutely abhorrent. He was rude, condescending and completely unhelpful. When I asked to talk to the manager I was put on the phone with the assistant manager, who was also extremely unhelpful, and didnt appear to care at all about the customer service his employees provide, or keeping my business. His response to everything I said was "uh-huh". I will gladly go miles out of my way to go anywhere but here to finish my printing job.

Two weeks ago, I called an order in, spoke with a FedEx Kinkos staff person, explained the number of copies and how I wanted it bound. They gave me the email and I sent it. I also included the specific instructions in the email message. It was to be ready at 6pm. I got there at 8pm, the shift had changed and they forgot to do my order. I had to wait an hour for them to complete it and was unable to prepare other work I needed to get done for my trip.

I have been going here for years they are always very helpful, they get me in and out, all of the staff are friendly. Steve is always willing to help me with copies and packages, when I have questions he doesnt heistate to answer them for me. They are usually very busy so I order online and it makes the whole process faster, if you are in a rush that is the best solution.

Steve was very friendly, helpful, and fast! He was the only one in the store and I could definitely tell that he knew had years of experience. He custom sized invitations, printed them, and cut them for me in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend coming to this FedEx store!!

I came here twice to print one-page things when I had no access to a printer and each time the people here were so kind to print with no charges. I am thankful to the rudeness of my residentials people that lead me to meet such management in this location.

Customer service here is a joke unless you are using the internet & can do-it-yourself. The staff is sullen, truculent and refuses to acknowledge customers and cares not a whit if people are stuck in line. Avoid if you can.

The one time I have been in here, I was in a serious rush, and the gentleman who helped me got me in and out in less than 2 minutes, and yet was still extremely and courteous at the same time. Very good experience.

Making copies from a usb drive or from Google Drive is easy and friendly. Prices are pretty good albeit much more expensive than using a laser printer at home for small jobs.
