Yesterday I went to this store, as I usually do, to print some things. It was two pages full color. Honestly, I have to say that they have the most inattentive, sub-par, inept people running the copy and print center. They told me they couldnt print two pages instantly, and that it had to be done for the next day. This was surprising, considering I can print way more than two pages in less than 5 minutes with a home printer. That was excruciatingly annoying, and not to mention that their motto is "That was easy." It really wasnt. I spent about 30-45 minutes at this store to print two miserable little papers. The other issue was that I wanted to print my document on 67lb card stock. Now, I understand that they are there to give me some guidance, but if I already told her I wanted 67lb card stock, full color, I dont think I need to hear that "I dont want that paper" about 5 or 6 times, I got it the first time. Its a pathetic excuse for a print center, and its honestly quite shameful. Will never take my business here, I suggest you do the same.

Ordered an item on Dec 13th which said it would be delivered before Christmas! Then post ordering it says it will be delivered Jan 6th, this is after I pay & being told it was a pre Christmas order. After five days the order is not even processed. When you contact Staples I was number 67 in line to talk to customer services as they were having a large issue with processing orders. Which retailer enters Xmas with marketing activity & then is surprised it is a busy time of year. How is that an excuse. If you cant manage the volume dont market the product? Still no response from Staples by phone, email & live chat is now down due to high volume. Shocking senior management & will no doubt blame the world economy when they go out of business.

Went there to get some labels printed. Lady at the print center said, "we dont print on those labels." they standard avery labels! I was even providing the sheet of labels, all I needed was to type two simple lines of the same information on each label. Lady at the print center said, "we dont type." I started to laugh out loud in the store because I couldnt believe what I was hearing! Its like saying, "the sign out front says Staples, but we dont sell them, too bad, so sad!" The Staples back home would back flips for me if I asked, this one in Kissimmee, buyer beware! Store owner, your staff needs some additional training, yikes!

The service is really bad it wa very disappointed I enter to get a eye prescription that was send to me by email...I had to use there computer witch they charge 30 cents the minute to top that the computer was slow and was charge almost 3 dollars and wasnt able to get the copy I needed. ..I let the gentleman that was attending what had happened he told me he would refund for the copy but I would have to enter again that would mean more money taken out of my credit card...The computer took more than two minutes to get me where I need...Wont recommend...the service was Bad its a Shame

If you can avoid using the copy center at this store, do yourself this favor. You are going to save some time and stress. Just tried to do the same service I had done a few weeks ago on the very same location, and I was told that they dont do it and did not make any effort to try to help me find a different solution. Disappointed I said that Id better off go to Office Depot and she ironically said, thats OK we also own it. What happened to their customer service, they use to have some nice people working over there. Honestly certain people dont deserve the job they have.

I hate this store every time i go in. The people are nice but they do not go out of their way to make a customer happy. If you ask a question they just point to an isle. This is the second time i found something on the clearance rack, went to the cashier to find its not clearance priced. They would not discount it and didnt even apologize. They acted like i was the bad guy like i moved it. Other stores would have been more concerned about customer satisfaction.

I pretty much only go here to print documents. Although some of the printers are slow and take a while, I have learned how to make my copies quickly. ALWAYS USE A JUMP DRIVE!!! Dont bother with email printing... it takes forever! The people behind the desk are usually helpful. Especially Emily! She was a life saver one Sunday for me. She was definitely going above and beyond and she was such a help!

I like this place. I dont understand all of these bad reviews on their staff at this location. I have always gotten very good support when Im at the store. I do the online pickup all the time there and it is extremely easy to do those transactions. I think their copy and print department is knowledgeable and friendly as well.

Upon entering the store, I get a friendly and professional greeting that I appreciate. Ive shopped at this store on Vine St. for a very long time, and have always been impressed with the friendliness and knowledge the staff exudes. It is one of my favorite stores in town. Thank you Staples for hiring such quality people!
