I have been going to this location every two weeks for the past six months to mail my paperwork to my company but today (1/9/2016) is my last visit to this store. I went in to mail my paperwork as usual and one of two of the computers used to process my paperwork was in use. When I asked one of the women in the copy center if I could use the other computer, I was told that I had to wait for the one being used to be free. I then was ignored the whole time about fifteen minutes. I then went to the checkout counter and asked the clerk there if he could help me and he basically said he had no knowledge of the copy center. The people in the copy center have no customer service skills as I can tell. Will have to find another place to send off my paperwork.

Very helpful & friendly. I was looking over thier usb headsets trying to deside which pair would be the best to buy when a clerk asked if he could help. Instead of reaching for their highest priced ones he reach for the exact set I had already picked from home on their website. This showed me they are there to help you buy what you need & not try to sell you the highest price item when less expensive will do the same job. (or at least this man does/feels this way) Thank you.

The store inside is adequate. I dont really care for their layout, but Im sure people who shop there on a regular basis get used to it. For me it was hard to find what I was looking for with ease. The building is run down. The parking is abundant as all the other stores in the strip mall are closed.

Ive been going to this store for at least 8 years. The service has always been excellent. Great deals and bargains. Ive purchased computers, chairs, ink, and candy...you name it. But one constant thing good Customer Service, I greet them with a smile and they do me.

This is a great store that always has exactly what Im looking for each time I go in. I would very much discourage shopping here after dark since it is a terrible neighborhood and the lighting in the parking lot leaves much to be desired.
