Printing Center When I first arrived I was "greeted" by a manager who said "what do you need?" Anyway, I was there to print a poster for school. Not only was I not asked what I wanted it printed on, I was also not given options or prices. I was "helped" by Michelle who continuously complained that it was past the time she was suppose to be off by and that people always come all at once. It can be extremely frustrating to work longer than you expected, however, as a paying customer I do not deserve to feel bad for taking my service to this store. After the poster was printed, parts were unreadable. I mentioned this to Michelle, but she didnt seem to care as she rolled it up anyway. At the time of check out I then learn this poster that Ill have to find a way to fix is going to cost $25. I was never told a price and had heard from other students about Staples printing posters on regular paper for $3.99. After explaining that this was not what I wanted nor something I was willing to pay for, I received more attitude from Michelle. Eventually I ended up paying a little more than the $3.99 for the posters. I will NOT return here for my printing needs and will be passing the message on to my fellow students. I should not have to feel like a bother and the print center employees should be well versed in customer service as well as communicating the services provided to their customers.

I brought my computer in there to be fixed, not only did the project take longer than what I was promised, but I paid several hundred dollars to get the computers hard drive replaced, only to find out that they have replaced it with an outdated hard drive. I do not have the capabilities of downloading iTunes, and connect wirelessly in my own home. Staples management is slow, very slow, and should not be taking in peoples computers to repair when they are highly incapable of doing so. STAY FAR AWAY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED WITH A BROKEN COMPUTER, AND THEN THEIR SOLUTION IS TO HAVE A TECH COME OUT TO YOUR HOUSE FOR ANOTHER $100. RIP OFF. BE AWARE, STAY FAR AWAY. Best Buy is your best bet on getting computer issues taken care of. I have asked their manager Jason or Justin over 5 times to have the district manager to call me, and he refuses to do so. He claims he has emailed the district manager via email 2 times and numerous phone calls, yet I still have not gotten a call from her.

Devon is amazing! We were only there to buy a pack of pens until Devon started to tell us about all of the cool things she was able to do in the copy department. Before I knew it, we ended up buying over $200 worth of signs and accessories for my business! She signed me up for a business account and now Im hooked! I didnt realize Staples offered so many services?!? I wish I would have known this years ago! Thanks again for all of your help Devon, you have a great attitude and Staples is lucky to have you!

I use staples printing services often. I usually go to the one on university and they are super helpful. I get a 20x30 print and its 3.99. I came here to get the same print size I always get- Michelle informed me they were out of that type of paper and that it would be $27 dollars. She was very rude and unprofessional. I literally drove to the other staples and they did it for 3.99. I will not return to this location.

What a blessing, Devon is at this location. Needed a last minute print job for an important meeting and this location delivered, when another Staples closer to me would not. I would recommend this location to anyone, anytime for everything

I tried to buy a chair and they only had the one on the display. The only option they gave me was to buy it (the display one) for full price and still needed to pay for the assembly fee because it was already assembled. Feeling offended.

The assistant manager, Jeorge, is terrific! Ive been a Staples customer for at least 15 years. I now go to this location just because of the service. He is always so helpful. Devon & Carter are also terrific!
