This is the worst place to try and get Sprint, by all means get sprint if you want but avoid this place. They activated the wrong phones, they took a week to mail the right phone, the manager failed to keep his word multiple times and smirked when I complained. He also said "you have 30 days to get your phone, its all good" when I told him I would cancel if he didnt get the right phone. After a week of multiple visits and checking on this so called manager, I received my phone only to get a $965 bill from Sprint because they entered my information wrong, I called Sprint directly and they handled it with expert customer service. AVOID THIS LOCATION!! GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!

Wilson is the best rep i have ever delt with with a cell phone company. It took a little bit of time because we had a few issues to resolve with our old carrier but he was dedicated in making sure he helped. From start to finish he had absolutely amazing attitude and was able to get us new phones at a great price. He also ended up saving us a bunch of money. I thought we were good with metro but they have way better customer experience and way better pricing and the service has been excelent. If you need a new phone come here to the eagle ridge mall sprint store and see wilson!

Associates are dumb and unhelpful. if you have a real problem just call sprint because these people are too lazy to do anything for you. for a job where customer service skills are important, it seems to be a topic of higher education for these folks.
