Do not come here for appliances! You will deal with a woman whose name is Peggy. We just purchased several appliances and spent 2 1/2 hours because she will try and sell you the world. When you tell her you arent interested, she will continue to tell you why you should spend money and buy the latest and greatest. We have a 1 year old son who loves to push buttons (whos toddler doesnt do that). We specifically told her we wanted a dishwasher that had buttons inside, but instead of tending to our needs, she goes on and on about a food grinder inside. We told her we didnt care much about the food grinder but well take the one she recommended. However, when the delivery came, IT WAS THE WRONG MODEL! All she does is talk and couldnt even put in the correct model when she was the one who recommended it. I understand its a business and they sell, but to be so talkative and not understand the simplest things is a problem. I will NEVER shop at this Best Buy for appliances ever again. Plus, the drivers, when they were told by myself that it was the incorrect model, told me they were not able to take it back with them. This is false as both BB corporate and the store stated this is false and they should have taken it back at my request. Nice folks, but you cant lie like that. Update: The appliance manager, Charity, was put in charge of our issue. She immediately understood my concern and agreed that things werent handled properly. She ended up making things right. I want to personally extend gratitude to her for taking care of my family and I. If it wasnt for her, this would be a one-star review. She single-handedly salvaged this experience for me.

Super Service! Ich wollte für meine Frau und mich jeweils eine Otterbox Defender für unsere Iphones kaufen, da diese gerade auf der BestBuy Homepage im Angebot waren! Doch als ich in den Laden kam standen dort andere Preise wie auf der Homepage! Doch nur einmal nachfragen und schon kam die Aussage "Wenn das auf der Homepage so steht, dann bezahlen sie natürlich auch nur diesen Preis!" An der Kasse erklärte ich nochmals, das im Internet der Preis durch das Angebot viel günstiger ist und der Kollege ja auch meinte, das ich den billigeren Preis zahlen könnte! Dann kam der Hammer, die nette Dame an der Kasse fragte mich ob sie für mich nochmal den aktuellen Preis bei Amazon checken soll, denn der könnte ja noch besser sein! So etwas hab ich noch nicht erlebt!. Das ist Kundenfreundlichkeit !!!

Ive never been more disappointed with a retail company. First, I was trying to purchase all new appliances for my kitchen and it took speaking to 4 employees telling me someone was on their way that worked in that department and then speaking to the general manager (approx wait time to even begin purchase 45 min). Once I purchased the items they were delivered, two of them damaged, refrigerator and range. Ive had four refrigerators delivered to my home so far all of them have been damaged causing me to miss work and reschedule delivery. Hopefully the fifth time is a charm, doubtful. On one of the deliveries the drivers pulled into my yard, got stuck and tore up my yard causing huge holes and tire tracks. The delivery drivers, not landscapers are literally at my place right now doing the best they can to fix their mistakes- doing the repairs on their day off (they have been probably the best part about my experience, at least they are willing to accept their mistakes and work to correct them; although Im still not happy with the lawn) I accepted the second range, although that too was damaged, so they gave me a slight discount. Horrible experience, wouldnt make big purchases through this store again. Management and customer service only response is "Im sorry for the inconvenience" and sometimes I get "Im really sorry".

I went to this store to buy a car stereo, back up camera, and have them installed at this site. Ended up asking for assistance from home appliances from two Best Buy employees that were talking to each other. I felt like I was interrupting their personal conversation. They called another person to come and talk to me. 10 minutes later someone showed up who could not answer my questions. He suggested that I talk to the technician that would do the installs. I went to the garage from the inside of the store, it had a glass door that was locked, I could see the technician and he could see me but he did not acknowledge me. I stood at this door for ten minutes and finally the manager walked out of the break room. I asked him why an employee of this store would not acknowledge me or even open the door and let me in. The manager did not have an answer and not even apology. He opened the door and asked if I would like to wait. I promptly told him that I would not be doing business at this location. This is the last time I will ever enter a Best Buy store. Horrible customer service and the managers does not care.

So im actually setting in the store while typing this so this is really what is happening. So the Geek squad has my computer for second time in less then a week and that along is not making me happy because the reinstalled my hard drive wrong so it maybe messed up. Then I walked to the computer software area and asked about a program and was they don’t carry a lot of that I would to go to the kissimmee location the carry more of that stuff. Then I went to the front to the greeter and asked if they has a place that I could get on the internet so I could print off some items. After talking on his headset for a minute he sent me to customer service. Once there the lady told me "O we dont have a place to print stuff up here cause we dont have access to printers. You can go to the computer area and see if they can but they probably cant because I dont think they have internet service back there". I told her I would check with Staples which about six store down. She thought that was the best thing to do. Imagine that you sending to your competition lol what a waste of time.

I love how all of the negative comments in here dont take in to account the fact that unfortunately you are no better than the next person in line. And im sorry, but clearly the employees at the store have a designated section they are manning. Unfortunately they cant just magically know everything about every piece of equipment in the store. If even half the people on here would have some common sense and consider that theyre not as special as they think. "I walked in to realize the sale had ended, and they wouldnt gimme it..." Lmao, sales are first come first serve if youre late youre late. Been in this store numerous times, never had a problem with anything, yes Ive had to wait for the CORRECT person for the department because unfortunately the person in line in front of me wasnt any less special than I was... Have real expectations and this is a great store... If you want someone to kiss you feet and offer you chocolates, youre in the wrong place.

Worst service available not uncommon for best buys. Went in to purchase a laptop and to my surprise there was no one to be found. After a few minutes i see 3 employees gossiping and no matter what i did i could not get there attention. So i find the laptop i went in for and grabbed the box from under the display that was in the open. Once i did that one of the three employees comes towards me as if i was going to steal it. Do not buy a cell phone from this store they will not replace the phone even if it comes defective, they will also sell u a previously returned phone that came defective as new and refuse to replace it. The mobile manager has a terrible attitude and will try to convice u that the problem with the device is on your end even though it is clearly a defective unit. I will never shop at another best buy especially since amazon is always cheaper.
