I would avoid this store the staff doesnt seem to be able to make changes they promise only raise your bill later you have to call sprint to fix. Just cant go into this store to lower my bill only raise it. Just save your time call sprint directly

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable however the wait is INSANE!!! Be prepared for a 3 hour visit. Its NOT the employees fault, however it DOES need to be addressed with the owner because being understaffed drives away business.
