This overpriced place... the only reason people should ever give these people money is when you need to rent something and return it. These people are seriously a joke. Tell me they are going to deliver my furniture to me from 12pm-2pm and when it hits 2:08pm I call them and that is when the lady decides to tell me that my references were not checking out. Why didnt you call me to tell me that?!?!?!? I had things to do. I was sitting and waiting for this delivery. Then while im on the phone with her she proceeds to talk to her co-workers... REALLY... How unprofessional and rude. Then she never tells me that the delivery is on their way. Why not tell me this while you have me on the phone?!?! Lollll. All I can do is laugh because if this was a few years ago, they would not have liked my reaction... I requested that they call me when they are on their way to deliver. They decided to call me because no one was answering the door. If i would have gotten a call beforehand, I would have made sure I was home. But i left to go to the store to get my money back. The delivery guys were nice though. Nice to see young men working. I just dont appreciate the unprofessional ethics of this place.

Women workers are rude and very unprofessional especially over the phone. I think the last one i spoke to was Sharon. She made rude little comments under her breath, had a attitude straight off the bat. If it wasnt for me having to make a payment asap i wouldve hung up on her. Wish i wouldve went to another rent a center. One best employee is named Ryan(i think). Definitely calling for him every time. He took his time to talk to me and break down everything dealing with my plan. Hes awesome. Everytime i call Ill ask for him or come into the store, i cant deal with people who work in customer service that have attitudes for no reason.

Very unfriendly and not professional at all....dirty furniture on floor.... Manager Sharon and one of her salesmen were very rude to me and I let the manager know and she said she was very busy and didnt have time to hear my complaint. I rented because I have company in town and really dont have time to pick something else.... However asap I will be returning my merchandise for a better exchange and business... I dont recommend anyone to this place
