DO NOT GO THERE!!! I bought the gruopon deal and called them, took the appointment, whole nine yards. As schedule I got there and dropped off my car around 11 AM and I was told that they would call me once the car is ready. Till 4pm I did not get any call, so I thought they might have forgot or something so I decided to go in and when I got there my car was in same position as I left, they didnt even touch my car till I went back there after 5 hrs. I talked to guy behind the counter, he said it will take 1 more hour. When I told him I was here at 11,he goes let me check again. He came back with the same wait time again, I had no choice except wait. I sat in waiting area, around 6 PM (which is there closing time) I asked again same thing, 1 more hour. Mean while other people in the waiting area started DRINKING in the waiting area. My family was with me, I told my family to leave I will get the car and will join them for dinner. Around 7.30PM, I told him that I am not going to wait anymore, I want my car back, it was already 4+ hours I was waiting. The owner started arguing and yelling then the technician showed up in the waiting area and he went one step further then his employer and threatened me to stop working on my car. There is more to it, but I think its enough info for others to make decision whether to go there or not. After all this shenanigans last week it stopped working, I went to other place to fix it. I called groupon to complain but that lame ass company gave me 50 goupon $ to use for future purchase. Remember you get what you pay for!!!

I went in to Lewis Electronics to have a port installed so I could play music from my iPhone through the stereo. I live about 30-40 minutes away so its not just around the corner for me. The first time I went in, my appointment was at 9 am. By noon, they still had not begun work on my car. They finally called around 2:30 pm to let me know the job was finished, I picked up my car to find they had installed the wrong piece of equipment. I was told the issue could be fixed but it would have to be the following day because they had no available technicians. So I went back the next day and was told that the piece they needed to install had to be ordered and wouldnt be in until next week. So I drove a half an hour for them to tell me to come back next week. At first I thought about canceling the project all together, but agreed to set up another appointment after being reassured there would be no more problems. I came back the next week, hopeful that the issue would finally be resolved. My appointment was at 10 am and after waiting three hours (was told it would take an hour and a half), they told me something was wrong with the piece they ordered and they had to order another one but it wouldnt be in until the following day. At this point I was so frustrated and annoyed that Id wasted so much time going up there that I said forget it, I would like a refund. Thankfully, they refunded my money but it was not worth the time spent traveling back and forth with the project never being finished in the end. I will not be going back.

Oh...Man! They tried the good ol Bait and Switch. Called a week ago and asked about their Groupon offer. The lady that answered was very nice and told me they would give me the Groupon price even if I didnt do it with Groupon. So far so good. After disclosing my car year and model she said I would require an additional unblocking module for $40. I told her that I had one already and she told me to bring it to verify it was the right one. Went to the appointment and the owner took the module, said it was a good quality one, and told me they normally charge $100 for a module (on the phone they said$40) but would only charge me labor of....Yep, you guessed it...$40. I told them that was a deal breaker and mentioned they should be honest with their pricing. The owner mumbled that they had to make a living. I retorted,..."Yeah, but honestly!" He said he was glad he didnt do business with me, I sure agree.

Had the a Viper system installed a year ago, and the installer was professional. It didnt take terribly long (a few hours). Went back for a relay they replaced. They charged for labor, and parts which is fine (door lock relay). Went back because the system stopped working. They quoted me $70 to take a look at it, and wouldnt listen to my detailed description of the problem. It has since been serviced a few different times by a different dealer. Couldnt possibly be less satisfied with your service, or the product. The range was improved by the other dealer as you guys wound the antenna cable, around the antenna. The antenna cable has shielding, which grounds the RF signal.

i recently went to lewis electronics to have some work done on my vehicle and soon found out the owner is nothing more than a liar and a rip off. i purchased a part for my vehicle from him that he told me i needed which cost me $150.00 when i found out i really didn,t need the part i went to return it. that,s when i was told there was a no refund policy on electrical parts. but can someone tell me this if i purchased the part due to the owner telling me i needed it!! and then i find out i really don,t shouldn,t he be responsible?? needless to say i am stuck with a $150.00 part i don,t need. well not really because i will see him in small claims court!!!

Very money hungry. Tint is $250 for a car. Thats ridiculous. They tried to charge me 600.00 for an alternator. Which shorted out because of their HID lights that they installed into my car. Took a week for my car to be fixed. They do horrible work. If you get any service here you will be back up there in a week or too in order to have the issue fixed and yes they will charge you again for something they messed up. The staff is very rude especially the owner and his sister/ cashier. Had several disputes with them. I would advise no one goes here unless you want to be ripped off and want your time wasted. BBB will be contacted about them.

I would call prior to ordering the Groupon. Was looking into purchasing this and was advised it would be an extra $100 for a transponder needed for the installation. I decided not to go through with the purchase. If i would have, and seen this amount at the end, Id probably be pretty infuriated. The company didnt necessarily do anything wrong, and they mention it may be extra in the Fine Print, so this is just a warning to call first. It makes for a misleading Groupon and almost doubles the initial cost of it ($124 --> $224). It is for a standard Dodge vehicle, so nothing special...

I moved into the Lee/Chagrin neighborhood over a year ago and started using Lewis initially for oil change because it was convenient. Ive since started using them for wiper replacements, tires, balance/rotation etc. Price is always fair, work is done on time and Joe/Debbie are really great to work with. I love having them in my neighborhood. Im getting a remote starter installed for a Christmas present for my wife and Lewis is handling that too. I recommend them.
