The workers are immature, has no respect for the patrons and lack of product knowledge. Its seems though they hired some problem kids off the street to work in this store.. I ask one of the workers, where were a particular labtop brand was located, he responded with an sarcastic remark that was dumb/stupid. To try to get some common since out of this person, i had to raise my voice at him as he was a little kid, maybe this would get some quality help to come over.. Left that area and ask another worker about another product item. He took me over to the item, there was another customer standing in front of this item, he proceeded to get in front of this customer and explain this item. I felt uncomfortable invading the other customers space, so, i made him aware " this person is here, we should move over ". He said, "oh, she just hanging around ... ". I moved over out of this customers space to allow the conversation to continue. I felt this was very disrespectful to the other customer. I ask this same worker about another item, he took me over to it, but it was nothing i ask for. I had to repeat my self and make it very simple for him to understand it before he recognized what i was asking for. Then his attitude became rude, so i got rude back with him.. This place is hands down the worse best buy Ive been too. Would not recommend them.

My son went inside to purchase a Go Pro. He stood patiently waiting for the camera guy to finish with a customer. After 5 minutes of not be acknowledged I went over to stand next to my son and see if that would help. Instead the camera guy walked around the other customer and turned his back towards both of us. I went to a counter where 4 other employees were standing there. One employee looks at me and says " do you need help?" I told him yes thats why I am standing here. One of the employees said " I am sorry let me help you" He walked over and found the GO Pro and straps my son wanted. He goes to hand it to me and says..." I will give it to you if you are not going to steal it" What !?? I couldnt believe what he said. At this point I have.had enough. so I went to the operation manager at customer service. And I told him everything that had happened he basically looked at me and could care less and didnt offer any apologies but said thanks for sharing that with me. Obviously I will be taking my future Best Buy purchases to other stores in the city and never will return to this one. Im appalled by the lack of customer service that they have at this store.

Had stopped shopping at Best Buy years ago due to the poor customer service but decided to give it a try since Im new to the area. Walked in and watched as the 3 people by the entrance ignored me when I entered. Proceeded to head to the computer department as I am in need of a new laptop. There were 3 customers in there including myself. One was being helped by a co-worker, myself and one other customer walked around looking at all the laptops. I literally looked at every Windows PC and Desktop in the store all along as 3 co-workers stood there talking by the counter never once asking if myself or the other customer needed any sort of assistance. I proceeded to head to the television section just to take a look before I leave and the only co-workers that spoke to me was one coming out the back that said excuse so he can walk behind me and kept going. That was it and I decided to leave after being completely ignored. I will buy my laptop online or elsewhere as the customer service here was non existent. Which is humorous because they actually were quite heavily staffed for a retail store, it was actually impressive other than the fact they all ignore you.

I dont trust the geek squad anymore. Mostly they just try to sell me some "plan" or they try to get me to think about buying a new computer. They hire any person from off the streets. I have no idea what sort of training the people have but they pass you from one salesperson to the next. Try calling Best Buy on the phone and most of the time you cant get any real help. I actually try to use friends these days because Best Buy just wants to SELL ME something that I really dont need. I DREAD the day when I will need to buy a new computer. I really dont want to deal with Best Buy again, because they simply are NOT the BEST BUY. Update, I bought a refurbished Hewlett Packard computer from Tiger Direct plus a new printer. Both have been GREAT and without any problems for the last year. I got the computer for like $250 and the new printer was $100. I got everything I wanted for a THIRD of what Best Buy would have sold anything to me for. Everything they sell you is sold with some MAINTENANCE PLAN and THIS PLAN and THAT PLAN. They bewilder the customer with plans which is where they make most of their money. I am now very happy. Your LOSS Best Buy.

Just spent hours of my life on the phone with the Geek squad and Best Buy. After messing up the notes on my delivery for a new TV. I made multiple calls to reschedule only to find out I needed to go to the back of the que. I ordered the TV 3 weeks ago. They said I need to wait 2 more weeks. They happily charged my credit card quickly....and I paid that bill in full. The return was so helpful. After being told they couldnt send it by UPD or FedEx, they misteriously were unable to refund my money. Zero resolution to my problem. Didnt even offer a gift card for the hours of my time wasted because of thier incompetence. Im glad that every store sells TVs. I am sure they take my 3k and read the delivery notes! The service and customer service sucked. The manager quickly pawned me off to someone else. Lets rally didnt say he was sorry for the mess up. Just I am going to delegate this to the TV dept. thanks for making me feel like just another problem that someone much less important should have to deal with...

Best Buy employee sold us Swann cameras (we spent $1000) and paid for geek squad to come out and install them. Was told they would be there between 9-10 and didnt show up till 11. They called us and said we only paid for three and that they could only install the three we paid for. However, the first two cameras are included with $199 and then its an additional $79 to install any more cameras. I had to call Best Buy for them to tell me to tell geek squad. Then geek squad comes out and says they cant install the wired cameras because they cant crawl into the attic. Im pretty pissed. all of this could have been resolved if the gentleman at Best Buy would have gone over the requirements for installing wired cameras. Instead he just wanted my money. Came to return them and it seemed like nobody wanted to be there. Both girls at the checkout counter were texting and let another guy cut in front of me. I hate Best Buy so much
