WOW is this place a complete joke, I would be extremely surprised if this place is open two years from now, scratch that I will be shocked if it even makes it another year. To put this in perspective I was born and grew up in the 80s so basically the first generation to grow up with a PC in the home and through all these years I have never had an experience that was bad enough or that spectacular to feel the need to jump online and write a review (dont know what that says about my life lol) but this place is such a joke I think people deserve to know that they should expect a horrible experience prior to driving there. My first issue was minor but a couple items I was looking to trade in were large so I called in advance and let them know that in no way shape or form was I expecting an exact quote over the phone but rather just wanted them to give me the courtesy of telling me if 2 of the items I was considering hauling up there were even something they would consider buying but they refused to even do that. I should have known I was in for a horrible experience when I walked in the door and the two employees were sitting there laughing making fun of the guy who just left because he didnt want to accept the $8 trade offer for a set of decent speakers he was trying to trade in. I looked around the store while waiting to bring in a couple items for quote to trade them in and couldnt believe the prices they had on the majority of products- they were ridiculously overpriced. They were charging $200-$300 for junky looking televisions around 32 inches. They had beat up outdated stereo receivers that were also way overpriced averaging $200+. With what they were charging I figured hell maybe they give in a decent trade value - LMFAO NOPE!!! I had a barely used 32 inch flat screen tv that was literally used for around 3 weeks originally around $375 that was still selling online at a few places for around $200 used and $275 new...THIS DUDE HAD THE NERVE TO SERIOUSLY OFFER ME $2 for the TV, that isnt a typo, he offered $2. I had nice set of again barely used beats headphones going around $100 used and this dude again had the nerve to offer me $6. Finally I had a brand new Sony surround system brand new in the box originally around $450 and I was blown away with the generous offer I received for $20 - not quite as bad as the other two items but still a joke. I didnt expect much for the DVDs I was trying to get rid of but they will give you $0.10 per DVD. Needless to say I laughed in the dudes face and walked out. So I went to CASHLAND in Garfield heights and I got $60 for the TV, $60 for the stereo system, $45 for the Headphones and I at least got $.25 per DVD. So I think you can see the difference in the two companies, which is sorta sad that a place that really focuses on Loans blows away a place specializing in used Electronics. So instead of getting what would have amounted to $38 for the 3 main items I had plus the DVDs I traded in at this place I wound up with $190 at CASHLAND...quite a big difference. Maybe if the workers werent such condescending jerks who make fun of their customers right in front of other customers you might be able to find a deal on something there if you go through everything but I highly doubt it and I obviously suggest staying far far away. Any positive reviews must be from the staff or owners.

I was excited to go an check out the new store in the area for Retro Games. The up side is they have a pretty large, varied selection of new and old games and consoles. Also huge selections of accessories and controllers. The bad is the prices are grabbed straight off the high side of eBay in most cases, from what I can tell. I understand the need to make money and support the overhead, but Im just not willing to overpay that much to support brick-and-mortar. Customer service was decent. Update: Went into the store for the first time in a month or two. Was disappointed to see most of the same overpriced inventory that was there when I wrote this review a long time ago was still hanging around. Didnt see much new stuff. But, if you need cheap Chinese controllers, cheap USB cables, or small odds and ends for your game collection this is still a good place to go.

Good place for buying new and old games I stopped in and looked around loved the selection of ps2 games and ended up walking out with some nice ps2 games and I love the return policy its very important to see a used game store have a nice return policy but as of now nothing I own from them needed to get returned

Everything they sell is double over priced, like the wiis they sell are $80 when anywhere else they only cost $40. Same with the DS and psp. These are all old system that have been around for years and they are charging new prices for them. Even GameStop is cheaper.

Pretty cool place to go. Its like going to a garage sale, theres so much cool stuff for sale. I would give it a 3/5 for customer service, I didnt feel too welcome there. Also there was a hippie with a dog walking around the store. Like wtf?

EDIT: Prices are a bit ridiculous. $50 for Pokemon fire red? $65 for an Amazon fire stick? A pretty solid local electronics store. A nice alternative to Game Stop and Best Buy, they have a pretty large selection and some rare items.

One of the first places I check for ALL electronics. Saw an item that I could have bought cheaper from online (didnt mind the wait on shipping) notified owner that Id rather buy local, came to an agreement, picked up item next day.

I stopped in to browse and left with two things. They tested a soundbar I was interested in purchasing, which was great. Great customer service and great items.
