PORKCHOP RESTAURANT !!We were so excited about trying this restaurant!!! We walked in ( 3 of us) waited for someone to seat us....finally flagged someone down.. She gave us menus and walked away. There were 2 waitresses and what appeared like a manager working the front of the restaurant. The menu looked amazing! We waited for a server finally we flagged down the same person who seated us (she was cleaning the tables next to us). She proceeded to let us know she was our waitress and that she was about to get to us , after she finished cleaning the tables... So we ordered drinks and appetizers. Got our drinks and then sat for another five minutes( waitress no where to be seen). Finally, the man who I assume was the manager brought them over...so absolutely disappointed!! Ribs were dry and the fried pickles were both greasy and cold. the man brought out our lunch because again our waitress disappeared..food was dissapointing.. Ribs were dry, pork chop flavorless and the shrimp sandwich was soggy! We ordered a beer with lunch..the waitress dropped it ...and as I watched the man poured the leftover in a glass gave it to us and said even though it fell on the floor it was the only wheat beer they had cold so he gave it to us...REALLY... While we sat there 2 couples left because after they were sat no one attended to them... This whole experience was so disappointing.. No one seemed to care in there!! We will absolutely not be coming back...

This is a nice outdoor style mall with many options for shopping as well as eating. They also have Bass Pro Shops near by as well as Binnys Liquors. They have a nice selection of shops but their main anchor is probably Macys. They have a theater on site as well. Since the mall is fairly new it is very clean and is well maintained. They also have offices for various companies such as Progressive Insurance on site. It is not very large so going through the whole mall can be done in one trip. However, this also means that they dont have a large selection of stores. Compared to other malls in the area, the prices are somewhat high and this is why I dont visit here to often. You also have to pay for parking if you choose to park within the mall itself. I would much rather shop at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont or Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora. They have far more options for much lower prices.

If you havent gone to the outdoor mall behind the regular mall you are missing out. Its hidden but not hard to find. It like a whole different place. Awesome out if the ordinary shops and restaurants. Plenty of free parking at the back. The whole mall is upscale which I love as Ikea is across the street. Fun to visit both. I really think that they missed the mark with exterior aesthetics though. It has so much potential to draw people into both the indoor and outdoor mall but really it seems like they didnt even try. There us room for great draws and bring both malls into congruency. As it stands now they seem to be in competition. Shame, some amazing things could be done here for local commerce and visitors. Maybe they will work on it. Still a must visit though!

I love the Promenade and theyve done a good job keeping it up and clean. Decent variety of restaurants and an OK amount/variety of stores. This is an outdoor mall so be prepared for bad weather. They do have a concert series in the summer where they block off some interior roads so navigation can get tricky, just something to be aware of. Parking can be annoying at times. It seems like the layout means a long distance to stores depending on where you end up parking. There are metered spots on the interior of the mall but the lots are free. I recommend Beer Market, Mago, Francescas, and Gordon Biersch for food places. The have a great DSW that is always clean and organized too.

The folks who run The Promenade have really done an amazing job at turning it into a destination spot for Bolingbrook and anyone passing by on 355/i55. Previously Oakbrook was the only outdoor mall remotely in the area worth visiting and while it is still the champ, The Promenade is turning into quite the contender with a multitude of top notch food spots to eat at, an extremely clean environment, events such as farmers markets, and a ton of shopping opportunities. While I hope they can still eventually expand southward as their original plan had in mind, theyve done a great job with the space that they currently occupy.

This mall has amazing ambience. Its very comfortable and safe. Although the store selection is somewhat limited, I think youll still find your favorite shops here. The security and staff are very friendly and helpful. There are always lively events going on, from the weekly farmers markets in the summer; to the Festival of Lights in the winter. They have amazing restaurants here, but the one thing holding me back from 5 stars is the lack of a cheaper fast food options. Overall this is a great place for the family all year round, it has everything you need, maybe with the exception of a couple cheaper dining alternatives.

Nice place with a some great stores and terrific movie theater and good restaurants. The movie theater is a restaurant movie theater and having a Bass Pro Shop in addition to a Macys make for some pretty good anchor stores. Across the road is an Ikea in one direction and a Meijer in another direction. You also have a Costco on the other side of the expressway. Though the last three places mentioned are not part of the Promenade itself, they are very convenient to be located near for other shopping needs. The Promenade also decorates it self really nice at Christmas time..

I come up here a few times a month. It has a reasonable selection of stores for what it is - namely a small outdoor mall. I wish it had a little sandwich shop or similar, as the food available is almost all proper "sit down meals". (Except Red Mango - but while its *very* yummy, frozen yogurt does not a good lunch make.) However, any lack is easily made up for by having The Beer Market there, which offers an ever-rotating selection of fifty beers on tap. I doubt Ill ever tire of picking a four beer flight and experimenting with their new selections.

I love coming here. Either to walk around and window shop, push my son around in his stroller or I have also noticed that a lot more places are dog friendly. The environment surrounding is nice. There is a lot going on during the day, weekend and nights. I havent had a problem coming around to The Promenade of Bolingbrook. It keeps bringing me back. It is clean and I love the stores that are in this area. Good choices in restaurants as well. Christmas time is busy but looks fabulous here at the promenade!! Definitely will be back again!!

its a great Mall for needs and this area. I wish they will add Carson and Sears and JC Penny to the lot. Macy has just a few things in comparison to Macy at Oak Brook. Restaurants are not very vegetarian friendly! Even Mexican restaurants have chips fried in the same oil as meat. More upscale restaurants need to come to this Mall. I would like to see a few more upscale stores join the Mall. Over all a good mall for daily and a few special needs
