My childhood mall. I really wish they wouldnt have taken out the fountains and wishing ponds that used to be in here, and the trees. It was beautiful. But there has always been a decent selection of stores, and the food court is great. There is also a Bucca, an Italian restaurant by the hair salon that has amazing garlic bread. The mall as a whole is just getting better and better. It has four anchor stores, Boston store, jc pennys, Sears, and Macys. And jc pennys just added a sephora(which needs a lot of work, but I wont fault them because its new). For all the coffee and tea people, theres a Starbucks, a Teavana, and a Gloria Jeans. For the ladies into beauty and perfume, there are tons of department store counters to choose from. In Boston Store, theres a Lancôme, Clinique, Estée Lauder, and Elizabeth Arden. In Macys, there is all four of those, plus a Mac counter. Both stores have just about any perfume brand you can think of, from Juicy Couture to Givenchy. There is also a hair salon(Regis Salon), and a nail Salon(Four Seasons Nail Salon). I would not recommend the nail salon, but I hear good things about the hair place. Also, for anyone looking for jewelry, there is a Kays on the upper level, a Rodgers and Hollands on the upper level, a Fred Meyers on the upper level, and a Shaws on the lower level. The clothing options are endless-they have a Chicos, an H&M, an Express, a Charlotte Russe, a Ragstock, a Pink, and a Victorias Secret just to name a select few-there are many more. There is also a Bucca Italian Restaurant by the hair salon that has amazing garlic bread. For people with small children, there is a small enclosed play area where you can sit and watch your kids play while you rest from shopping. This mall practically has it all.

Happening place. Some of the outlets push cards and programs however.. SO AGGRESSIVELY it ruins a good time. I said no to wanting help (after being asked more than twice), cards, diacounts and with myself and my fiance we are given additude for not opting in. If you work in the stores and your company makes you push this aggressively tell them it tends to put ppl on edge. Just this weekend I was given an additude by a worker after politely decling a discount and they made a snide remark about how it isnt "hard and doesnt require a card" in an exacerbated way-- slowing down my shopping expirence. I still politely declined and then was hounded to sign up for the credit card that store offered. (If I didnt want a discount or card, and I make it known from the begining, dont ask me for both in exascerbated details slowing down my purchase process) it feels just as annoying and redundant and prolly unwanted as this post I am ma-king-for-p-eople. Otherwise, great mall with beautiful architecture after the remodel. Very busy but that is expected, handicap accessable from what I can see and you can just chill if ya want. Pleanty of variety in th food courts too. Clean and the staff who clean work harder than the shop owners/ sales people in most cases. :) I

Its my own little getaway....when I need to do something special just for me....Southridge is clean warm family-friendly..... It is very spacious the mall has a inviting interior which house all of my favorite stores and the eateries are easy to access....However if your a wheelchair bound customer like me and rely on city bus transportation to drive me to and from the mall then Southridge is simply not the mall for you because the city buses are not allowed to drop you off close to this particular malls entrance in any way especially if its raining or freezing outside..Because damage to your manual wheelchair or electrical wheelchair or electrical medical scooter from the rain or snow can and will happen if your caught coming or going to the mall as weathers bound to change.... Southridge is also putting not only handicapped persons but all persons in dangers way of being robbed or hit by cars in the parking lot and on the immediate street corridors of the mall because this horrible situation....PLEASE BRING BACK THE CITY BUS DROP OFF/PICK-UP POINT THAT WORKED WELL AT THE REAR EAST WING OF THE MALLS ENTRANCE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

I definitely appreciate this mall for the variety of stores it offers, but a lot of things take away from it that I think are worth mentioning. First, there is a rather sizeable play area for children. Great if youre a parent, but as a shopper, you have to be VERY aware that kids are running around all the time. The mall train that runs for kids is also loud and rather obnoxious. Second, Ive always found this mall to be a little dirtier. Not the stores themselves, mind you. Just the walking areas, food court, and the bathrooms. There were several issues with the womens bathroom when I visited recently. Maybe I just caught it on a bad day. Third and finally, it seems that this mall is ALWAYS hustling with people. Not that thats a bad thing - - great for business! - - but something to be weary of if youre a quiet shopper.

Southridge is desperately trying to hang on to the idea of an indoor shopping mall. These megaplexes were awesome places to shop in the 1980s, but have been declining ever since. It is difficult at best to maintain major retailers when competing with online outlets like Amazon. Constant construction, closed stores, cell phone kiosks and police presence to deal with a segment that is there but not to purchase goods and services mean it isnt the same enjoyable experience it once was. Southridge is not immune to these pressures, but it is at least still one of the better remaining shopping mall experiences while it still lasts.

Best mall in Milwaukee County. The mall is always full of people and the shops are always filled with items to buy. They could use more security presence though. I love the photo booth ($5) on the second floor. U get 2 strips for the price. Just make sure the camera is lined up right. I take pics there are the time for memories. There are so many good stores there. I can not spend less than 2 hours there. Smh. The food court area is always clean and there is plenty of seating area. The restrooms are okay. Hope this helps.

I enjoyed spending the day with my sister and taking in the sites of the many shops that they still have at Southridge Mall, inspite of the fact that Sears Department Store is closing between the middle and possibly the end of September of this year; I still like shopping and spending the day browsing the shops and eating at Southridge Mall I think its nice for a day outing with family and friends.

I remember when Southridge was a booming, vibrant area of top stores with no vacancies...no longer. Many vacancies adorn the mall and the only real staples are JCP, Kohls, Sears and Boston Store. In my experience these stores are not well-equipped with the latest and greatest items at times and I am better served going to the same store nearby. It is somewhat depressing to see. Still, the mall seems clean and quite secure in my experience.
