This is my favorite Mall in the Chicagoland area. It features many designer outlet stores as well as regular stores that you will find in any mall. Conveniently located in Rosemont very close to OHare airport and about a half an hour from downtown Chicago, if youre into fashion and bargain-hunting this is the place for you. The vast majority of the designer stores are on the second level, make sure you go around the whole mall even just to Window Shop. On the first level, you will find some standard stores such as Forever 21, Hot Topic, GAP Factory Store,, The Childrens Place, and the Disney store outlet just to name a few. Check out Neiman Marcus Last Call, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Bloomingdales the outlet store, and Nordstrom Rack. They have merchandise not only from their own stores but from a lot of the designers that you see in the mall; and very often at lower prices than you will find at that stores particular outlet store. I often find some really great bargains here, but, be prepared to look through everything. The better bargains are found on the clearance racks, but, be sure to look for defects or damage.

What if lots of high-end department stores and specialty shops were placed next to each other and they all sold their merchandise at deep discounts? And a beautiful mall was built to hold them. Well, this is not a fairly tale. The place is real. The selection and pricing are excellent. If you leave without going over your credit limit, youre a strong person, indeed. So you shop all day and what do you need? A place to sit and inexpensive good food to eat. Mooz Vegetarian (Kosher) is a suprising find in a shopping mall. It offers wonderful falafels served in several different ways. I ordered the salad which starts with a iceberg lettuce base onto which five falafels are place. Next, your choice of chopped salads, olives, mixed veggies and pickled carrots are added. And finally, the dressing of your choice is placed on top. (The green sauce is really hot.) The iced ginger/black tea drink is sugar free and refreshing. Wheelchair accessible including bathrooms. Elevators and escalators throughout. Free parking.

Its convenient that its in Rosemont- close to Ohare international airport- free multilevel parking garage, easy to find- I love that they have a "hold your luggage" as one of their customer service for their traveling customers (being close to the airport). Two level mall- Great place to stop by to grab gifts, good amount of designers on their 2nd floor (Prada, Gucci, Saks off Fifth, Neimans Last Call, Barneys, Etro, Moncler, Coach, Tory Burch, etc) on their first floor are more athletic and casual vendors (Gap, Nike, Converse, Forever 21, Guess, Disney) Im not a big fan of their food court though- its typical- two Asian restaurants, burger place, Freshii, etc- its not that great- but I know it used to have an Italian restaurant on the 2nd level but that closed. Avoid weekends- especially Sunday because most designer stores will have a line and it will be more like one in one out situation to control the crowd- on weekdays the mall is practically empty so its quiet and easy to shop!

The worst service ever at the concierge desk, the people not friendly, moreover seemed hostile. Waited for a rental stroller for an hour just to find out that my child was taller than " manufacturer recommended hight". When I measured him - it didnt seem that way, however, the lady at the desk abruptly said - "there is nothing we can do". It was almost as they just didnt want to bothered with it. When I asked if there is an alternative cart that I can rent or use, the people behind the desk didnt seem to be interested in answering, one person was pointing to another, and finally one gentleman said - " no, we dont have anything else". The whole experience was almost humiliating, and didnt seem as the people were happy to answer any questions or assist a customer in any way, shape, or form. Im sorry, but I dont appreciate this type of service or treatment at all!

What a joke! I have been to several malls including mall of america and im sorry but this is a not a place i would ever go to again. I have a 2 time rule; if the 2nd time its just as bad i refuse to go. I went last night and #1 the traffic control was by far the most ridiculous system i have seen. My grandmother would have better control that the system they created. The stores that are worth it are about 30% of the whole mall. The food court is a joke regarding the selection. The joliet mall has more selection but if your going to make this a "fancy" mall at least have 1 real restaurant inside. I would rather go downtown Chicago to tjmax versus spending up to 40 minutes getting through the traffic control.

Lets get over the fact that this place considers itself an outlet even with the redecilious prices. Then again I guess youre shopping at very high end stores here. Gotta give it to this place for being a fantastic tourist attraction, only miles away from the airport. I had a great experience at every store as far as being treated so kindly. The only thing about this is that some of the employees dont have knowledge on their products. Normally I wouldnt mind but if Im going to be paying for high end quality, I want high end resources guiding me through my purchase. Food court...meh! I would say its mediocre at best, nothing special except for the fries at MAOZ. So delicious, might go back just for those.

This shopping outlet is a cozy place with plenty of parking and many good stores. Prices are kind of high but that is to be expected when shopping in the Chicago area. I visited the Nike and Under Armour outlets and found that their stock was of high quality and the staff there were helpful. When I went it was not very busy in the mall but due to its smaller size and location in Rosemont, I dont think it would receive as much foot traffic as some other malls closer to downtown Chicago. This was a great experience due the cleanliness of the mall and its stores but some stores I was looking for were not there which was a little frustrating.

The mall is near the airport and close to the expressway and not far from public transportation so its convenient. I drive so parking here can be busy but it does not take long since the parking lot is smart, there are numbers showing how many parking spots are available on each floor. and the green lights show what parking space is available. As for the mall , its clean and it offer plenty of stores, including some high end stores with good prices, on this trip I stopped by Nike, Under Armour, Coach, Louis Vuitton, Puma, Godiva and Samsonite.

Horrible customer experience at Tory Burch!! The lady said she would hold my bag at check out place. While the cashier gave the one I selected (which I seriously compared the outside that has no scratch and the leather is smooth) to others who bought the same one. I talked with both cashier and the manager. They said its not their fault! I can either choose buy the one with scratch or I can leave. Cant believe how rude they are. No compensate or even apologize. Feel really disappointed and waste of my time.
