In the 90s security was hyper-anti-teen so when I was in my 20s as a well dressed ex-mil financial services employee dressed like a polite banker the security guards made it very clear to me on several occasions that my money and I were unwelcome. So I stopped shopping there for a decade or two. Now a days the only stores still open because of competition from Amazon and big box stores is the food court (which is admittedly pretty cool) and an enormous number of seemingly identical womens clothing stores. Not being a woman the only reason Id go there in 2016 is the food court. Its interesting that in the 80s as a kid it was a total family experience with stores for everyone. Also because the stores in the mall are dying, they keep building more and more parking lot outbuilding stores and perimeter stores to fill the empty space. That makes it harder to navigate the lot. Its interesting to list all the dead mall stores I miss. There used to be a Radio Shack (kind of like a tiny best buy), a Software etc (kind of like Steam but using physical CD disks instead of online), a store that sold cool and expensive leather jackets (mine is still in my closet). I used to get my hair cut at a place across from the food court that was really convenient. Looks like Sears and JCPenny will soon be a memory due to corporate HQ financial problems so there goes 2 of 3 anchor spaces. When the mall closes Ill miss the food court, thats about it. Its possible with some creative architectural work they could demolish the retail side of the mall and keep the food court, a stand alone food court is an interesting and, as far as I know, unique, idea.

TODAY I WAS SHOPPING IN H&M ME AND MY SISTER AND BROTHER. WHICH WE ARE FAITHFUL SHOPPERS. I HAD MY HUSBAND CREDIT CARD WITH ME TRYING TO PURCHASE SOME ITEMS AND WENDY THE SALES ASSOCIATE LET THE CARD GO THROUGH AND THEN ASK FOR MY ID. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT SHE SHOULD ASK FOR MY ID FIRST BEFORE SHE LET ME SWIPE MY HUSBAND CARD. SO SHE GOES AND GET HER SUPERVISOR JESSICA WHICH WHO HAD A ATTITUDE AND CAME OVER BEING VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY POOR. BOTH JESSICA AND WENDY WAS VERY RUDE.AND TRUST WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING BACK TO THIS STORE EVER.JESSICA WAS SAYING RACIST COMMENTS UNDER HER BREATHE AND WAS TRYING TO TELL ME AND MY SISTER AND BROTHER HOW WE SHOULD TALK. I EXPLAIN TO HER THAT I WAS GROWN AND IM ALLOWED TO SAY WHATEVER I WANT AS LONG AS I WASNT SAYING IT TO HER. NEVER IN MY LIFE I HAVE BEEN TREATED SO UNFAIR POORLY AT A MALL. CORPORATE OFFICE WILL HEAR FROM ME FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED TODAY WAS VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

All of the practitioners at Anthony Vince are very friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Its a beautiful, relaxing environment that allows you to have a truly relaxing experience! The reception staff greets you with a smile and offers a beverage while assisting you, if necessary, with the polish color you would like. They offer a variety of services from manicure and pedicure to waxing and facials. My favorite service, and Ive never found it anywhere else, is the dip powder. Its a powder on your natural nails that is long-standing and strengthens your nails. Their pricing is comparable to other nail salons. The primary difference, outside of what Ive already mentioned, is that in other salons there is always a feeling of rushing, its loud and hard to find a calming and peaceful feeling. Anthony Vince is the only salon I will go to for my grooming services.

Cost of supplies were extremely high!! Cheapest retractable dig leash was 24.00!!! Building us old, no big deal, but the restrooms need new seats!! Employees were VERY attentive despite my observations of over all.....I use to buy all my fish there when I had my tank, employees were always very knowledgeable, very nice and pleasant just to go in n say hello. If the store is changing due to the competition across the street, thats sad!! That store should be rolling out goods and have choices it use to!! Better prices for competitive sales!! Management should not let this store go down with Waukesha store opened now either!!

When I went there on a Saturday afternoon they were powerwashing the trash area no farther then 30 feet from the food court enterence the bugs were everywhere! This has to be the dirtiest mall Ive ever gone to! Most of the bathrooms were under maintenanced and the hallways by the bathrooms and food court are absolutely disgusting the smell of the mall and the bug issue is just unreal when Im sitting and eating being attacked by gnats and flys is gross! Unreal a mall like this in that kind of neighborhood could be so poorly managed and owned.

One of the few indoor malls in the Milwaukee area. This is a large shopping area with well over 100 stores and kiosks. There is a large food court with a huge fireplace in the center. The food choices range from a Japanese restaurant to Philly subs to Cajun. The entire mall is anchored by Sears on the south side and Boston Store on the north side. Something very unusual is the two live trees that are growing inside the mall itself.

Talk about going above and beyond------Pat, a sales clerk in the ladies clothing section, had helped us earlier pick out some clothes. When we approached her to check out, she had just punched out, but continued to be of help. She had to check on different sizes at other locations on a couple of items. This was done pleasantly and with a smile. How refreshing! Annette from Mayville, WI

The mall is nice. It is -15 with wind-chill of -40. Almost every business is closed out of concern for employees including grocery stores. I do not understand mall managements decision to be open today Jan 6th 2014. I do notice mall management seems to lack EQ. I think they would lose less stores, get more customers if they understood EQ and applied it to their business.

Its a mall thats trying to stay relevant. The future doesnt seem to lie with malls, seems counter-intuitive. They have added many restaurants in the mall building and on property. Why Sears stays open is anyones guess, their day is past. No doubt the mall management would like to do something else in that spot. Overall, the mall is hanging in there.

They have cell phones and tablets.Their pricing is always lower than my service provider. The employees always say hi to me, and answer all my pathetic questions. Most likely because they are Non-Commission. The store is very clean, organized, and well lit. I highly recommend this Brookfield Location

The Mall is in a great location to my house. It has the stores and merchandise that I and my family needs. The food court offers a diverse selection. The atmosphere is nice AND it is not overrun with teenagers and rif raf life Mayfair Mall has become. I shop there often.
