Its ok, but the reality is that its being overrun by kids. Mall administration implemented a rule that stated if the child was under 18, they had to either be accompanied by an adult or leave by a certain time on the weekend. Well, needless to say, that hasnt continued to be the case and at times it can be quite the annoyance, but overall, the food selection from the newly built named restaurants(red robin, bww, 5guys, etc) offer alternative grub than regularly seen in the city, so it works. The store selection, its kinda hit or miss, but honestly this is reality of retail malls and really not due to any fault of their own making. If I were forced to have a gripe, it would be with the Jimmy Jazz store, they tend to play music that is overtly disrespectful, I refuse to be called a ni@@$% and give you money, NOPE not going to do it! Beyond this, its a mall, a place to spend money with a decent amount of stores.

I still love this mall! But wish it were multi-level like the others (ie. Yorktown, Orland Square, Woodfield, etc). Its a single level mall with a few good stores and a pretty good food court. They have a movie theater by the food court, that was upgraded with better seating a couple years ago, but ticket prices have gone up too. The kids play area was downsized last year to where its not as great as it was before. Its so small that you really cant have many kids playing there. Oh well, at least it has quite a few good stores and has a mini donut place and Wetzels and Auntie Annies. Still nice to walk around when its crappy outside.

Plenty of stores to choose from but it can get scary at times with different shoppers who may not be shopping but looking to cause trouble. Sometimes I dont feel safe there even though a policy has been initiated regarding kids under 18 having adult supervision after a certain time. Food court has plenty of options, but prices are higher than if you go to their stand alone locations. Movie theater has leather recliners which are quite comfy but need a serious wipe down daily!

The sears auto center is terrible so far they dont want to refunded me for a service they perform and didnt resolve. The Chicago Ridge Mall is a top rated facility that services all, from toddlers to grandparents. It has a large amount of retail stores that empower the style fancies that range from traditional to skate bored punk. So its a one stop shop for the family. It also has great restaurants and massage chairs in their waiting areas. The Chicago Ridge Mall is always immaculate and the service there is impeccable.

The nail shop charges 30 if you want fake nails and pedicure but if you just want polish its 10, and about the stores inside I took my daughter to look for a graduation dress and she found one in Windsor but if your looking for regular clothes The racks are kind of full. For adult shoe if your not looking for trendy shoes your not going to find any but if your looking for Jordans or w.e then yeah its good

I mostly go to the theatre and food court inside the mall. Theatre is clean and the seats are great (though in general its a bit small). The selection at the food court is what you would expect at any mall, however, I like that the food looks fresh and the new addition of Schoops has me over the moon! Its kept rather clean and overall I have no issues with it

Youth supervision policy is very unprofessional and unintelligent many of the stores lose money due to the times. Getting kicked out of the stores while shopping for clothes for school is very annoying would not shop here. 45 min drive just to be kicked out and im 17 I suggest not to ship here for students.

The mall has been on the up and up trying to better its image. Bringing in better stores and even expanding the building so H&M could have two floors. It is a little weird they decided to have an Aldi in the mall though. It does get crowded on the weekends so best to shop during the week and before 5pm.

My experience at Chicago Ridge Mall was ok after I finally found the store I was looking for, which was Pandoras. I did not see signs in the parking area that showed you which door I needed to go through that would get me closest to Pandoras. The sales person in Pandoras was not sure either.

Ive been going to this mall since I was a little girl. I absolutely love it there, and because its small, its easy to get around. Its a great place for family and friends and even has places for kids to play. Truly a life saver when you wanna shop, but you got kids with you.

The has updated its interior look, new stores have moved in and the classics such as Carson, Kohls, Sears are still there, Sears has down sized, I believe they are on the verge of closing. Food court has new restaurants, the theater has been revamped.

It is a great mall. Has most stores as well. The food court has several options to choose from. The AMC theatre is one of the best around with lounge chairs. There is also a place area for children. Overall, a nice experience for the entire family.

Never had a problem at this mall. They have a decent cafeteria and a kids area. Mall is clean.. parking is usually fine. You will find the occasional rowdy person/group walking around but nothing that keeps me away. Aldi and 5 Guys nearby.

Really like walking around this mall. Has a nice variety of stores. Appears clean. People are friendly and helpful. Merchandise is reasonably priced. Can get some good deals though. Convenient to have food court and theater in same place.

Love shopping at Michaels. People welcome you, are helpful and ask about what I am making. They make knowledgeable suggestions and help me find the things I need. I dont think of it as shopping, it fun to find items and new projects.

I wish there were more stores for plus size clothes. I only shop at the Torrid, Charlotte Russe, Forever 21, and the Rue 21 located there (Rue 21 has the best deals). I also get my eyebrows threaded at Brow Art which does a great job.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Used toilet paper everywhere, no hooks on the stall doors, no one ever seems to to clean these restrooms. And the fact that the only bathroom is the one in the food court is even worse.

Great for family shopping. Especially if you have little ones. I love going here because its the only mall i know that has a family room. And its perfect for a breastfeeding mom or a mom with a baby. Favorite mall.

Mall currently under construction but always dirty as are the stores themselves. Overcrowded. Low rent stores & eateries. Looks like they may be putting forth an effort but it just needs to be scrapped and rebuilt
