Wow, I didnt believe the reviews for this place that it sucks but after having visited it today for the first time, I have to concur that this mall isnt all that great. It is rather small. The store selection is small and most stores had things that DID NOT interest me. No game stop or electronic stores were there. I dont recollect seeing any clothing stores I liked. Much of what I saw was just some Art and painting stores and other stores that sold useless crap. Even the food court was small; only 3 or 4 joints, but good food nonetheless. Good Asian food. Nice place to get a massage though. They have A nice massage place and the massage chairs were some of the best I ever sat in. It wasnt really crowded but had many Rug rats all over the place. As usual, parents had very little control over their kids, SMH. I wish security would do something. But anyways, this mall had the absolute LEAST to offer that Ive been to and it really disappoints me mainly because I really like the locale of the NW suburbs so I was expecting more.

I went yesterday thinking the mall must be beautifully decorated because of the holidays, man was I wrong!!. There is nothing nice going on inside this mall, you will actually feel depressed and saddened after a visit here. I went to the food court for a quick meal for my family, the people behind the counter at Sbarro pizza and Panda Bear were mean and not friendly at all. It makes me wonder how people like that get these jobs, here is a tip to you guys, if you dont like you job quit and get a different job. The hallway from Sears to Target or Kohls is so deserted from any holiday spirit. All in all a horrible experience.

This place is run down and outdated like many people have said. At least the people who work here are nowhere near as rude as I normally would actually say about another mall. This place would still generally get a one star from me as it would have still been that bad, but there is a reason why this place deserves one more star (mediocre is better than poor quality in my books). It is cleaner here then most malls in the area, and (if Im not mistaken) the Niles Free bus and Pace make a stop here: making it easier to get to Target, Kohls, and the theater that is located there.

I was at a friends house and had not come here for a long time why they are keeping up the property and doing some good remodeling I noticed that during the sales people were literally pushing me out of the way and this was before the Christmas sales started all over a 10% off coupon I could not even get up to the racks to look at some of the items it was very frustrating so I decided not to go into another store people were actually beeping at me and works really rude when I was trying to find my way around the parking lot which was under construction.

Definitely not what it used to be in its glory days. Within the last 5 or so years The Arcade (Replay), McDonalds, Gamestop, Taco Bell, and Sbarro have closed. There are probably about 15 stores that are vacant. And theres always been that one spot in the food court (Ginza now) that cant seem to stay in business. (Elephant Bar, Kings Buffet, Chi-Chis to name a few). The lone highlights here now remain the large Anchor stores like Target, Sears, and Ross. Theres also the AMC Theatre.

This place could use a remodel. The ceiling looks like there is water leak damage. The south side is nicer and busier than the north end. They also have a movie theatre at the south end. The food court seems small. There are okay food places there. I will return if I need to go to one of the stores. Bicycling: Milwaukee avenue is not the best road to ride. You would be better off staying on side streets in this area. I didnt see and bicycle parking.

I come here for ShopNSave and GFS mostly. I cant stand the Kohls and Target here, theyre always a complete mess and its a stark contrast to the Glenview location on Willow Road. Somehow JCPenny and Sears have managed to hang in there. I havent been inside the mall area in years though, but I do give the owners credit for trying to revamp it with kids activities like Touch a Truck. I really hope one day theyll tear most of it down and start new.

I really like this mall. The improvements are sounding awesome. My only couple of suggestions would be: 1st) make sure that ALL dont close before 9pm(weekdays) & 6pm on Sundays this would including pulling down gates. 2nd) I have seen the Silver Star (jewelry) be opened by 2 different people other then the owner. This should not be allowed. The new owners are doing there part on turning this mall around THE TENANTS should also do their part.

What a dump! I used to hang out here when it first opened up and I was a young kid who had nowhere to hang out other than the mall. Now fast forward 20 years and I wonder how this place is still here. However there is 1 redeeming factor. They built a new movie theatre. It is clean and you can always find a seat. That is the only reason I have walked into that place in the last 20 years.

Ive always wished Golf Mill was doing better because its such a convenient location, but it has been struggling for years. It needs some better store selection. Nevertheless, a reliable Target, a great movie theatre (with occasional Korean films!), and the delicious Joy Korea with its generous portions brings me here occasionally. Plus side: plenty of parking!
