The mall is beautiful in the store the very nice and has a lot of ride to the things but I did notice that a female security officer was harassing teenagers putting them out tell them they cannot come in the mall without adult supervision the kids wasnt causing any trouble I feel that was very unprofessional to follow a bunch of teenage girls when they was only man in their business shopping and well ask to leave because they was an 18 years old I think high school kids should be allowed to shop without adult supervision and also it keeps the teenagers out of trouble and give them something to do

Because its been reconfigured as an outdoor strip mall, the parking situation is kind of out of whack. The area around Sams Club is perpetually crowded while other areas are acres of unused, crumbling asphalt. Its certainly quicker to pop in a store here than to traipse through the mall across the street, though. I dont feel all that safe parking here. Not because of some perception of crime, but because no one seems to respect that the parking aisles are all one way. People go zooming the wrong way constantly and it causes all kinds of problems.

In its current configuration, Springdale is an open air regional shopping center whose tenant mixture complements the traditional national mall offerings of nearby Bel Air Mall. Best Buy, Staples, Old Navy, Burlington Coat Factory and others round out the roster. Casual dining, fast food and gas stations occupy many of Springales outparcel spaces.

I only go here for Ulta (which i LOVE) and occasionally to Michaels since Old Navy left and I broke up with Sams for Costco. I hate the parking lot as I find it to be a very dangerous design and a pain to get in and out of. They need to just level it and start over, especially since most of it is just sitting empty now.

Waste of time except Dillards..... it is sad that the city cannot support a sears or macys or upscale stores. Everyone shops on the Eastern Shore or Legacy shopping center. And the New Belks feels like being on an alien ship. Awful set up. Sad that all of it has gone down so very much.

This mall is sad. All the stores have moved out to the bigger better when they were fine where they were. They moved outside of the bus run to limit their client base, economically challenged people cant get to their stores now and I think that is wrong on so many levels.

I dont frequent the shops here but when I do it is always an okay experience. I love raising canes and have bought several furniture pieces from big lots. Never really been to excited to go and to get there going east on airport sucks.

Springdale Mall? What mall? Springdale Mall got shutdown in the 2000s & just became a shopping center. Perhaps if they brought back a movie theater, nice restaurants, & other shops & stores, you might be able to call it a mall again.

I enjoy Sams club and Marshals, but most of the shopping center will be empty soon. Belks is moving across the street and Best Buy left a long time ago. Seasonally a Haunted House comes to one of the vacant stores.

It used to be a mall a long time ago. Now its a just a shopping center with stores like belks, an abandoned building, Sams followed by another abandoned building, then TJ Max and etc.
