Its Friday, the big day of black Friday shopping. I showed up looked at different stores, and had went to the BestBuy Mobile. Saw a wireless phone charger listed for $30, now of course the usual price for said charger is $80. They wanted to charge me $80 for something they had listed for $30. If you may not know thats false advertising. But wait my adventure got better when i was kicked out of the mall for no reason, they didnt state a cause or reason of kicking me out, just told me to leave. I had stopped to tie my shoe, and the security came up behind me and told me i was refusing to leave. But wait it got even better! I had bought $20 worth of merchandise at a kiosk and they took it from me, which is highly illegal. Of course i didnt cause a scene it was only $20 worth of merchandise. Instead of stopping people from stealing things from the mall, they kicked me out and stole the things i had paid for. Thank you Market Place Shopping Center

Great place to shop! I really like that during the summer the mall is nice and cool. The mall is also a great place to walk when the weather is not good. I personally like Dicks Sporting Goods. The food court has very limited choices to choose from. However there are plenty of restaurants in the area. People are very nice and friendly at the mall. There have been reported incidents that have occurred at the mall such as troubled teens fighting in the food court, problems in the parking lot, etc. Thankfully with the Champaign Police Department And Marketplace Mall Security this is a safe place to bring your family. Market Place Mall Champaign IL have filthy employees restrooms ever specially the one we use zone D-1 Zone 14. I called several time to managing office & went their in person but nothing happened. Their excuse " We have another cleaning company who take care cleaning if you see some problem call us we let them know" .The description of the restrooms If you can start from wash basin it have dirty rings on it then to the flush pot have filthiest pot rings some body did pop which you can see still remains . Then on the floor pile of hairs, toilet papers and wrappers are there. Need to see the pictures I have proof love to download .

The mall was spacious, some stores lacked merchandise to warrant the space they had. Customer service left a lot to be desired, every store we went in no one greeted us or spoke to us. At Jimmy jams it took a few minutes for a salez person to acknowledge us to pay for our item. Torrid as friendly after 15 mins of browsing, lids, macys, foot action, Charlotte russe, and jcpenny acted as if we didnt exist.

This mall is one of the best... The mall has only one floor, which is a huge plus... No elevators, so its easy to take care of kids and you can pretty much walk all the way around... It has a childrens play area... There are lots of boards for directions and to locate the stores.. Food court is decent.. offers variety but not my favorite... Overall I enjoy this place with my family...

Compared to several malls in Illinois, including areas like Peoria and Bloomington, it is much larger and has a variety of stores for a variety of shoppers. Layout is a little confusing the first time, but easy to catch on. Food court is horrible though, unless you like 20$ for different Asian foods. Eat at home, especially if you have diet restrictions.

Not much here and not the nicest. Im from an area with tons of huge shopping malls, so perhaps my standards are high, but Im always disappointed when I come here. There isnt that much great shopping and absolutely nothing to actually do here. It has the basics though, I suppose. Clothes, shoes, sports stuff, makeup, some electronics.

Its a typical mall. Some nice stores of all types. The 4 "anchor stores" are JC Penny, Dicks Sporting Goods (with Field and Stream), Macys and Bergners. Unfortunately most of the stores dont have my sizes (not quite Big and Tall.) Great atmosphere with a food court that even has a working carousel!

The mall is a pretty neat place. It has a carousel in the food court, some pretty decent restaurants, a bunch of stores but most of all the Security team does an excellent job. They will go above and beyond to help people as well as deter shoplifting which help keep prices from skyrocketing.

Only the most expensive and mainstream stores. Very few unique shops, and those that were had a paltry and overpriced inventory. The mens restroom only had 1 out of the 3 stalls stocked with toilet paper; overall bad condition. The food court system was really neat though.

Love this place! Its by far my favorite nail place Ive ever been to. Its clean and the workers are friendly. They also arent ruff with your hands or feet, and do a great job in a decent amount of time. The only down side is that they dont take appointments, only walk-ins.

They offered a lot of different shopping opportunities they have adequate parking and they have the food Court that offers different kinds of ethic meals and a sitting area with plenty of seats and a carousel to watch as you eat . You can ride it for a small price !

Stopped at this mall to stretch our legs on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised. At lunch, at the food court and it had normal mall selections. Stopped in a few stores and everyone was plenty friendly. Would suggest if a mall is your destination!

A solid mall for an area of Urbana-Campaigns size. Fairly standard stores, but I like the addition of Dicks and Field and Stream as anchor stores. The only thing thats not great is that there is not much variation in the current food court offerings.

I usually end up going here with one of my parents just to kill time. Normally pretty empty during weeknights and weekends, not exactly a place to go shopping if you are a college student though. Good selection of clothing stores though!

Average shopping center with a decent amount of good stores. There are a few restaurants in the food court which taste pretty good and a couple of coffee/tee places scattered around. Plenty of places to visit for a few hours at a time.

This place is a dump. They have a limited selection of stores and those stores carry very limited items. It is almost like the shops dont think people in the midwest care about quality or style. I wish there were other options!

A great place to shop many different stores. The bathrooms arent always clean or well stocked and the food court doesnt have many good options. They do have many different activities for children and families throughout the year.
