Horrible mall management because they allow businesses with complaints to operate there, and they are not very professional when it comes to replying to email and email complaints. Send your complaints straight to Centennial Real Estate in Dallas, TX. The mall has seen its heyday and you can see a picture of that day on the wall in the mall management office. You can definitely easily find parking close to a door at the Fox Valley Mall. It speaks volumes about that mall. If you want a crowded mall, then just head a little west of there to Farnsworth ave., and follow the cars north. Nice to hear that there was a serious people problem at this mall on the news, where the mall had a small riot at the food court. The food court had a problem, and that is exactly where the management and security offices are. Again, horrible management at this place.

They offered some great summer events for kids this year! My kids loved meeting super heroes (Batman, Wonder Woman, and Spider-Man), and the weekly story times are way better than I expected. While stories arent usually in kinder, (its usually an interactive Disney story on a TV) theres always a small gift for the kids and a snack some better than expected (soft baked Teddy Grahams, buckets of Auntie Annes pretzel bites, trail mix, etc.) Check their website for more upcoming events! I dont see much need for shopping malls with Amazon, but we go here as a family activity. Frequently I end up doing some shopping as well, since were there anyhow. Sometimes, there are obnoxious crowds of teenagers, but I cant fault the mall for that. As long as theres a strong security presence (which there is) thats all that can be expected.

I enjoy walking with my family at this mall during the winter when its hard to get outside due to the cold. Riding the carousel and the Disney store are highlights for my kids. They also have a small kids play area but it is often times pretty crowded with kids that may be a bit older then the recommended play age. On the same level as the food court there is a nice family bathroom and nursing lounge area that is usually fairly clean and great for families needing to feed babies, change diapers, or take young children to the restroom (equipped with toddler sized mini-toilets).

Nice wood flooring, decent food, and great service. Two staff members complimented my Zelda shirt (a guy from Gamestop and a woman from Yankee Candle) so it shows that the staff is interactive with their customers. Ive literally been coming here for years. And I also really like the stores (especially Too Cool, which is definitely great for a Japan nerd like me). And theres literally a puppy store! My only problem is that there are too much places to buy shoes. Overall, its a great mall and also a great place to hang out with friends.

Most of the traditional mall stores are gone, instead theres lots of independent small businesses and kiosks now (watch repair, shoe repair, massage, hoverboads, pillow pets, custom T-shirts, phone cases/screen protectors etc.] Other regular stores move around to different locations frequently. Redeeming qualities are the new giant Japanese-style videogame arcade/bowling alley, 2 auntie Annes, and the closing of the UnderArmour store. 3 stars because fox valley mall has really gone downhill since I moved to Aurora in 2001.

This mall has turned for the worst. I used to come here as a child and my parents held the title high up. Now its just a mall where crazy teens come to just stand and hangout. The overall look to the mall is so outdated and needs a huge remodel. Food court is gross as it smells like sewege when busy and the choices are bland. Parking lot is full of potholes so watch out while trying to park.

PLEASE Stop supporting Furry Babies! A pet store that sells puppy mill puppies for thousands should not be allowed in the mall! They violated their settlement agreement so should just be shut down already!!! The owners are evil liars and associates are programmed on what to say and how to lie...Disgusting and makes me not even want to enter the mall! Animal abuse is not acceptable !!!

It is as if this mall was designed for senior citizens to take their daily walking exercise! It is perfect. Three rounds comes to a little over two miles and the wood flooring is just the surface that suits worn out feet. One of course cannot use the facility almost daily and not do anything in return hence regular visits to the wide variety shops and the food court. Great place.

It has almost everything the "modern" and "trendy" person might want, meaning it looks and smells like musk, fornication, and way too much cologne. There are a few stores that give it a redeeming quality, but the overabundance of "fragrance" and gawdy stores is incredibly overwhelming. Simply put, go to a stand alone store if possible.

I love this mall better than Gurnee Mills because I think its bigger (probably wrong) and the stores there are the ones I like including Furry Babies. But the thing is, some stores at Fox Valley are smaller. For Example, f.y.e is smaller than the other f.y.e in Gurnee Mills, and much more cramped.

Love coming here to shop, great for shoes and makeup shopping lol, but seriously its a nice place to walk around inside , has Sephora in JCPenney and Victoria secret and fort the men a lot of shoe places and for the kids the food court and a play section (parents supervision required)

Like every other mall in America, these brick and mortar stores refuse to adjust their tactics to compete with web. This place offers little for the male shopper and exorbitant prices for those who just need physical shopping to fill their time. This place wont last long.

Its fairly small for an indoor mall, but has a great selection of stores, particularly given its size. It even has a Disney store and most of those around here have closed. The food court has a decent, though not great, selection and Ive never had bad food there.

Larger, multi level mall with a good selection of stores & basic staples. We enjoy going when the weather is bad to get out of the house and walk around. Great location near tons of businesses & restaurants. New arcade looks very nice but we havent used it yet.

Like the mall, but too much hustle and bustle and if you have no idea where youre going good luck no one to help you, and people run you down kinda rude, once youre in the stores the people almost seem over eager to make up for the outside

This is a nice mall offers lots of different stores. My favorite is the Ma Tea you must give it a try! I love the milk tea or Thai tea with boba pearls. Amazing!! Its located near the Helzberg diamond near the center of the mall.

This is a high quality mall with Sears and Macys anchoring the mall. There is a nice variety of sporting goods, athletic shoes, and womens clothing and shoes. All in all a very nice mall, but more and more I shop online.

Pretty nice mall with some really awesome stores. Round one is a really awesome place to hang out, for both kids and adults. The mall itself could use a bit of an update though, has looked the same for the last 10+ years.

A nice, large mall with a decent variety of stores although we were looking for a sporting goods store but there isnt one. Plenty of shoe, clothing and jewelry stores but outside of those the variety is somewhat limited.
