The worst ROCK PORT store customers service. This was the first store I had visited on 7/20 morning with my family and purchased few pairs of shoes without a coupon book. They did not mention anything about coupon book (even though I asked) neither help us out while shopping. Later I got a coupon book and realized there was additional discount so I went back for adjustment. It was approximately 5mins after but they refused to accommodate. Similar situation happened at different stores and I have never had issues like this store. They usually are very helpful to adjust your purchases especially when it is within short time. It was WED morning so rock port store was pretty empty however they did not bother once for assistant but only standing next to us instead. It is not about few bucks but really is the ignorance of helping out their customers which made my shopping experience at rock port so unpleasant. They said I could use it next time but wouldnt think I will come back to this particular ROCK PORT store again. However other stores are pretty helpful in terms of shopping and they have decent selections of outdoor brands.

ALWAYS WORTH THE TRIP When we used to live in Chicago and would drive to visit family and friends in Milwaukee, this was a required stop. We always built in time during our trips to swing by the Premium Outlets. Even during our most recent visit to the Midwest (were in New York now) we scheduled time there! Whether making a surgical strike to a few stores for specific items or making it a leisurely "la passeggiata" around the various stores with family, there are great finds and amazing deals to be had here. If for nothing else, you must stop at the Pepperidge Farm store. If youre a fan of their cookies or their Goldfish crackers, theyve got ALL the varieties: the ones you cant find at your grocery store; ones that youve never heard of; the ones that are your favorite! A word of warning, if its your first time going, do NOT go during the holidays. Its a frenetic madhouse with so many great deals that there sometimes lines outside of stores. (I dont know what Coach is doing, but they usually have a line and apparently some crazy deals that force them to count people in and out of the store).

I love this outlet mall for many reasons, but a recent trip left a very bad taste in my mouth. Due to recent medical issues I need to use a wheelchair to get around. The mall offers customers the ability to borrow a very wide, comfortable wheelchair in exchange for a drivers license or state ID. My wife and I were very ecstatic that wed be able to go the outlet mall despite my medical issues. Once we got the wheelchair, and started traversing the mall, we noticed a glaring issue. With the exception of the food court, not one of the stores had wheelchair accessible doors. Even with my wife pushing me in the wheelchair we had to rely on the kindness of strangers to hold the door open for us at every single store, even though every store had a wheelchair accessible sticker on the front door. I brought this to the attention of their customer relations staff, but I do not expect the mall will actually upgrade all the doors to be automatic and wheelchair accessible. The stores in this mall are not wheelchair friendly and are almost impossible to traverse through, even if you have someone to help you.

Do your research on prices before heading to the Outlet. Yes, you can find some good deals but you might also be paying the same price you would normally, albeit with signs saying 50% OFF or whatnot. I believe that the quality of everything sold here is good, no irregularities or damaged fabrics, for the most part. Id recommend visiting during the week unless you really like people and driving around parking lots for several minutes. Save your $$ by skipping food onsite and heading across the street to the Chancery in the Radisson Hotel there. Really good variety of both healthy and fried (and everything in between).

Best shopping in the area by far. You can find a bit of everything from higher end stores (Michael Kors, Coach, etc.) to the lower end (Old Navy, etc.), and theyre all outlets so you get good prices as well. This mall is hands down the best shopping in the area, and I know people who come down from Milwaukee and up from the Chicago suburbs to do some discount shopping. Tons of good stores. Professional clothing, kids clothes, casual clothes, kitchen stores, Bath & Body Works outlet (always buy your soap here - its always on sale!), Ghirardelli, Nike, outdoorsy stuff, & more. You can get it all!

stride lite store is bad. I bought snow boots for my kid at your store(Prime Outlet at Pleasant Prairie) at Black Friday. Today is snowy so I uncased the shoes. There was TWO right, No left shoes. How can he put on these shoes and walk? I bought a PAIR of shoes. I called to the store. But he repeated same sentence he can`t return. I just want left one, a pair of boots.

Its an outlet mall. Malls, in general, arent worth gushing over. But, FWIW, this is the best outdoor outlet mall in the Chicago area. It has pretty much every store you need in a typical outlet mall. Pro tip: Swing around and park on the back side of the complex where Banana Republic is. Much easier to find a spot and you dont have as many wandering pedestrians.

A lot of these stores are called "outlets" but almost none of them have any better pricing than "retail" stores. They do have a pretty good selection and lots of parking, but I often find that the stores I want to visit are long walks from eachother. The food court is very good for an outdoor mall. Not so good compared to other indoor malls though.

The selection of stores at this outlet mall will ensure everyone has somewhere theyll like to stop at! Easy on/off I-94 and I-41. Close to Jelly Belly warehouse with its tours and retail store. The mall is usually very busy most weekends and draws a large crowd from IL. Sometimes parking is an issue.

I love all the stores there except Coach. I brought a purse, it would not stay closed, I brought it back 4 days later and they would not exchange it, and they kept my receipt. I went to another Coach, and they exchanged it and apologized to me. And I live in Chicago, so I drove to Wisconsin twice.

The positive: A wide range of good outlet stores. The negative : Very limited designated parking for handicapped shoppers. None of the stores has power assisted doors. No public restrooms at any of the stores. Somewhere on the grounds are some. These are the reasons why I give only 2 stars!

This is a typical "outlet" shopping mall of mostly clothing stores- both high end and more affordable options. Staff everywhere we went were very nice. Parking is free but there are 3 shopping areas around a center food court, so be prepared to walk or move your car a few times.

Its a decent outlet mall. You can get some pretty great bargains here in a lot of the stores. Some dont really have any lower pricing than a regular store, and a lot sell "outlet only" models which are not up to par quality wise. Parking lots can be an absolute zoo.
