Oh my God. I was insulted by a store associate called Rachel from Lacoste Store at the Aurora outlet mall. Let me narrate my sad story. I hope they take action on this store employee. Let me give credit to the store manager Francisco Sanchez first. I have been to this store before and had a great experience and Francisco treated me really well and helped me buy 4 classic lacoste Polo shirts. But today was really sad and hurtful. I asked Rachel if I can buy a white classic Polo which was displayed in the poster but Rachel mentioned this is not sold in the outlet malls and I should buy it in Woodfield mall at full price. After a long search without much concern from Rachel I found a white Polo Shirt which was 95% similar to the one on the wall. Then I was so glad and mentioned to Rachel when returning that I found it with a smile but she said "its a different brand".. I asked are you sure? because I see the same logo on the t.shirt she ignored my comment. Then to be surprised further I came to the billing counter and it was Rachel again who did the price check. Then I noticed the same white Polo classic shirt lined up in 6 of them in the top shelf. Asked Rachel "I see some on the top shelf" and she says its only for display and not for sale. Then I requested her if I can see them closer just to compare it with what I bought but she refused to show it or take it from the top shelf. I complained to the store manager Francisco about this and if this is a professional organization the employee should be penalized for this behavior. Am really sad and upset with this treatment. Looks like a very famous behavior on "people".

HANDICAP PATRONS BEWARE! I went on Sunday and was appalled at their discriminatory management practices---they hired a security crew to block off lots and charged $5 to park in handicap spots. Not only were they turning away legally handicapped individuals (with placard or license plate ID) to park in a marked spot, they allowed NON-handicap people to take some of the very limited number of handicap spots provided they paid $5. Even though the ACLU would have a field day with this, I wouldve paid the $5 so my mom wouldnt have to walk so far, but I didnt have cash on me because I planned to use my card for store purchases and never wouldve imagined such blatantly greedy, illegal, harmful and discriminatory practices would be implemented by management and enforced by their rude hired security firm. If you have disabled relatives or friends who need to shop, or if you are principally opposed to unethical and illegal corporate practices, I suggest you look elsewhere. Speaking of the principle of the matter, they should donate all parking proceeds to the ADA.

We have been here at least twice and each time find some great bargains. If you go on the weekend, expect it to be crowded. Although outdoors much of the mall has awnings that provide shade and some protection from the rain. The bathrooms and mall in general were very clean. The food court area, although clean didnt seem air conditioned on the day we were there and was bit warm, unless thats how they keep people from sitting too long on hot days. We would visit again, but only if looking for bargains, its too crowded for my taste just to window shop.

Always packed with people like yourself, looking for a great deal. If youre not dressed appropriately, some stores can be a little condescending. Maybe Ill drop $10k at your store, but you wouldnt know it. Id rather be left alone to my own musings, rather than being hounded by a salesman at D&B or Coach. The layout is a little hard if you plan on hitting every store, but it makes sense for the space available. Bring your own coffee, the Starbucks tends to have a line outside the door. Parkings always plentiful.

Nice outdoor outlet mall in Aurora. It’s a large outdoors mall and has a lot of places to shop at. It is outdoors so it is going to be more busy the warmer it gets outside. Most of the stores have great deals but, there are also stores that are called “Outlet” stores with pricing that seems like anything but a discount. Parking there was a nightmare but, they have since added a lot more parking in towards the back of the mall and parking seems to no longer be an issue. Overall, a nice mall with good stores.

Awesome! How can you not like this place? It has been around a long time, but recently got a brand new addition adding new wing / a lot of new stores. With that, they cleaned up the old section too. All around you now have more seating and its better seating. It is outdoors which is nice in the warmer months. Yes, it gets really cold in the winter, but they have plenty of covered areas and some space heaters. Youll be in the stores most of the time so it doesnt matter so much.

Great variety of stores with good prices and every store I walked into , I felt very welcomed. It was a nice change from feeling like a burden to others , to the feeling of someone glad to see you and help you! They also had restrooms at every turn and nice seating areas to visit with some Lindt chocolate or coffee, or from the variety of pop, water, energy drinks, juice. Even a Pringle chip machine!!! Big fan and so was my 4 yr old daughter we had a great time.

Best time to shop here is during the weekdays because this place is packed every weekend! Thank goodness for the new parking lot in the back! The reason why I am giving this place a 4-star is because the last few times I have shopped at here, I left a bit disappointed, maybe I have been going the wrong days. I usually go onto the website to see what stores are having sales. Overall, its a great place to shop. Just wear comfortable shoes, its a pretty big place

Love the expansion. Glad they added the new stores so we dont have to roll out to Wisconsin. Rise Pizza is great! Food court prices went up! Its a lot of walking from one end to the other so put on comfy shoes if you arent driving around. Gets windy in between bldgs so bundle up. ABSOLUTELY SUCKS during Black Friday so get there very early or wait until the next day. Most people dont drive all the way in to park so you should be able to find a decent space.

Great assortment of stores, especially since the expansion. The downside is that there are usually a lot of (very rude) foreigners - and I wouldnt be commenting about them at all if they were polite - and parents (American included) who do a lousy job of keeping track of their offspring. The mall itself is clean and in good condition. I like going on really cold days to avoid the crowds as its an open air design.

Great time its probably best to go in the spring, sumer or fall months because of the outdoor setting but it has all the best name brand stores and great deals. If you are staying in a hotel especially by one of the airports go the concierge and ask for the premium outlet coupon book or some hotels have what is called a green card which is allowed at certain stores for an extra savings. Hope this helps and enjoy.
