Ok. First we bought a 2006 Dodge Caravan. It had 54,000 original miles on it. This car runs like a dream. We have had it 3 months now. It needed brakes and rotors and I put new tires on it. Thats what you expect with a used car, right? Next we purchased a 2005 Mustang Convertble. My wife loved it. Thats her car and Im the Soccer "Mom". I took it for a ride on the third day we had it. I heard a very concerning noise coming from the rear. This vehicle is a rear wheel drive. I took it back to Car Depot. It was late Thursday. Friday am they called me. Rear tire was wobbling and the entire rear axle needed to be replaced. Rich, immediately took the lead and said he would take care of it. They ordered the parts. Parts will be in on Wednesday. My experiences have been very positive. The entire process was good from the start. I was able to negotiate the purchase price and lower the down payment to a comfortable level. I will post the results of the repair when it is completed. An as is used car is just what it is. I took it to both my wifes Dad who is a gear head and my mechanic before buying it. They did not catch the worn axle but Rich honored the warranty. What more can you ask for? They even approved our application and we are self employed. You just gotta shop for the right vehicle, and take your test ride straight to your mechanic. I would recommend Car Depot to anyone looking for a car with easy payments and easy application process.

Hmm for car depot to have 5 stars, looks like they deleted all the bad reviews lol. You want the truth, here is the truth. Car Depot is a bunch of crooks. I was buying a 2005 Honda Civic and ever since I got the car its had nothing but physical and mechanical issues. I managed to keep a steady payment with this company, I had to move back to NC due to some family issues and but still made my payments on time. Car Depot wants their (my) car back and are currently trying to repo it. I called and attempted to work with them and they refuse!! They simply want the car back that Ive been paying on, so basically they are legally stealing from me. So they are going to get the car back, clean it up and sell it for the same price they sold it to me. I dont recommend this company at all.

We have purchased two vehicles with Car Depot and they have been fantastic yet again. A week after puchasing our second car my husband had a full diagnostic done. The car needed brakes and rotors. Due to the nature of the problem Car Depot felt the necessity to take care of it for us. We took it to their mechanic and it was fixed that day! Once again: above and beyond! Thanks Car Depot! I have several friends who have also purchased from this reputable dealer and I was told that they have been easy to work with no matter what the issue.

Worst car lot ever. Lets start with when I picked up the car with a broken key they returned the key to me after fixing it with a hot glue gun. Not to mention the chipped windshield, the bad wiring, the bad thermostat, spark plugs. I had to pay out of pocket over 300$ for a new thermostat and spark plugs. After my car stopped running they towed it to fix it and when I got it back it had more problems than when I dropped it off. So now Im sitting in their "mechanics" lobby waiting for my car to get "fixed" yet again writing this review.

This terrible lady named debby told ME that she would hold the car for a week until I came up with the rest of the money. After that my dad received a phone call telling me that someone sold the car, but she did not spread the word to her coworkers that she said she would keep for me. AND THEN HAD THE NERVES TO TELL ME THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE A NO HOLD POLICY. They do not keep there word, and they told me something that wasnt true. Wouldnt recommend them 2 anyone...

I dont and wont recommend this place to anyone....i went in and seen a car that I liked they wouldnt even let me look at the car without an application. That was on friday and still monday nobody called me back...i called them they said someone will call back after they review the application and within two minutes someone called back and says not approved so sorry...and didnt try to help at all.....

I have my car back on may 21 and they processed it 10 days late so now I owe money to the DMV or I can not get my license back. No one is going to reimburse me being that that was not my doing and that is very irresponsible of them to not reimburse me for something that did. They do not care about people at all, they say they do but actions speak otherwise

Ive looked for here before and the fact theyre so high priced id much rather go to a actual dealership to get a car . Ridiculous prices for used vehicles. All i can say is only reason why your getting my one star is so i can post.
