OMG This place is the worst place I have ever been to.I went there and they wasted my time having me drive their cars. I gave them a decent deposit and was supposed to pick up the car and they sold it while they held onto my deposit. They never called me to let me know. My salesmen Mykahel or however you spell his name never returned any of my call for a week. I spoke with the Manager John and he claimed he would bring in a black vehicle of the same make and year with less mileage but he never did. When I went to go pick up the car under the assumption that the other one would also be there for me to view. He acted as though he didnt know what I was talking about. He made it appear as though I was making everything up that he said. Then he said that I told them I was canceling the deal -which I never said. This dealership lies. They overprice their vehicles by at least two thousand above cost, when they know that the vehicle depreciates once you pull it off their lot on top of it. They also charge an extremely high interest rate and have the customers make a double payment monthly, which set the customer up for failure. They dont care about the customer all they care about is themselves and getting their money no matter what the cost it. I am taking further action by reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and also posting their actions in the News. I will further seek punitive damages for fraudulent activity to the customer. Please stay away from them. Go to another small dealer and seek a third party lender like United Credit or New City Funding Funding. Youll be treated a thousand times better and you will positively get a better deal and one you can afford through the term of your loan.

DO NOT.....I REPEAT DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM E-Z LOAN AUTO SALES! You are only asking for trouble!!! Against everyones advise, I purchased a car through them. Within a week something went wrong! The car stopped running because of a defective part, leaving me stranded in the middle of the night. I had to pay to have the car towed to them. Instead of replacing the defective part, they "cleaned it up". two weeks later that same part malfunctioned again I had to pay to have the car towed to them, and this time they finally admitted that the part needed to be replaced. They wanted me to pay for the repairs ($700.00 plus!!!) and I argued that it was still within their warranty. They claimed that that particular part was not covered by the warranty. Finally I I had to get a lawyer to put pressure on them to replace the part. 4 months later, yep you guessed it. That same part malfunctioned again leaving me stranded on a Sunday night. They didnt even attempt to do anything for me. so again I had to have the car towed back to them. I have had nothing but issues with their car. That defective part is only one of a long list of things that started to go wrong with the vehicle shortly after purchasing it. Their service department is the worst service center I have ever seen, and the manager flat out told me, and I quote: "I dont give a dam if you stop making payments on it just because it doesnt run anymore, I have a car and it runs fine!" Whats worse is that after going online to talk with other people about E-z Loan Auto Sales, I have heard nothing but stories of Nightmares in dealing with them.

In terms of buying my suv it was a drawn out process due to the long hours I work and the shirt hours of the lot. Over all Ive experienced better and also worse at other places with other people. As far as the service department goes, all I can say is wow!! And thats not a good wow!! Extremely disrespectful I got accused of being a lier and thief... And I believe I was speaking with the manager! I had a few things looked at and fixed and picked my truck up fixed yet broken.. An argument came about about the manager got extremely defensive over asking the replace a simple clip that held a panel in place. Needless to say if it wasnt for Alex working with me and around my schedule as best as he could and the service department was like any other Id give it a better rating. But I will never go back Ill take my business elsewhere, where I know my ride will be taken care of. Ill admit I kept my cool but the part about getting new back breaks and my center hubs wernt put back on and then being called a lier and a thief was a last straw for me. Sales staff are cool people think about going elsewhere for service!

See I changed my rating to like because I thought they would fix my. Car my car broke 15 times and they kept saying they where going. Fix my car they kept lying I dont recommend anybody to go to this place I have lost to jobs and on top of it now I have no income because I lost my job and my jobs are far out dude I only have my my car for only 5 months and my car has broken down overheated have to get broke down every other dayI will see yall in court because I was never going to let you get away with my money that I invested in that kind I have lost so much because of this company everyone told me not to go to easy auto loan but I do it anyways because I was in need of a kind and it because I wanted a brand new job so I went to easy auto loan and try to think I can make my life a little bit more easier I recommend anybody just to go and buy out a kind dont go too then and if anybody had any problems with a carI would like for you to email me please because Im taking this to court thank you

I was referred by Northtown Auto. Im a student and a first time car buyer, I have very basic credit, but I have money to put down. Northtown assured me that I would get approved for a car, so I scheduled an appointment. I got to the building and I walked in, wasnt greeted. I looked around and saw the chairs, so I sat down. I finally managed to get the attention of someone I presumed to be an employee. He said I would be helped by Jason Necci in a moment. So I waited some more. Jason walks out, tells me to have a seat. We get situated, he asks for my information and after everything is all said and done, he comes in and says they cant help me. I said I want payments around 150 (in their biweekly factor, totaling 300 a month) and he said that without a cosigner, I dont fit their requirements. They require you to make $1600 a month minimum. Even with a down payment, even with SOME credit, they couldnt help me. If youre a student like me, dont waste your time. Youll be disappointed.

BOUGHT A CAR BECAUSE I WAS IMPATIENT AS WAS IN PORCESS IN CKLEANING UP CREDIT, SHOULD HAVE AITED A COUPLE MORED MONTHS. NOW I FIND MYSELF IN 2002 SEABRING, PAYING 380 A MONTH, IN DEBT BY 11 GRAND OWED, FOR A 2,500 CAR. MY VERY EXPENSIVE 2002 SEABRING HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT PROBELSM, ITS IS CURRENTLY IN RERPAIR SHOP WITH BLOWN TRANNY. THEY PREY ON PEOPLE WITH NOT GREAT CREDIT, AND BURY YOU WITH A CAR WAY OVER PRICED AND THEY KNOW IT AND HAVE NOPROBELM WITH IT. ONE OF THE DUMBEST CHOICES I HAVE EVER MADE,I AM A VETERAN, COLLEGE DEGREE, AND DESEREVE BETTER THAN THIS,BUT I HAVE NO ONE TO BLAME BUT MYSELF, I HOPE THEY SLEEP GOOD AT NIGHT KNOWING WHAT THEY DO, CUZ THEY SAY YES WHEN NO ONE ELSE WILL, AND THEY MAKE YOIU 75% PERCENT OVER CAR WORTH AND CIOUNT THE MONEY. PLEASE STAY AWAY, YOU WILL REGRET. I DO.
