I went in to simply pick up a day planner. After finding them, I had to spend nearly a half hour comparing the barcodes on the planner to the stickers on the rack to try and figure out what the prices were. The entire section (two whole aisles) was completely disorganized, so badly that I questioned if it was intentional. No planners were above (or usually even near) their appropriate price stickers, and it was something like a miracle if there were more than two of the same planner in the same place. Because this is the internet, Im going to tell you that this section was a cluster-eff. Whats more, the prices were pretty ridiculous, and watching the cashiers check out people in front of me, they didnt seem to have a good grasp on things they should have known. Stay away from this place; go to Wal-Mart (God help us, I know). Also, that review from the editor of citysearch is ridiculous. How can you gush so much about an office supply store? Stop taking payoffs from the establishment.

After purchasing a $25 electronic product and realizing it wasnt what I needed, I tried to return the product for a refund a couple weeks later. I was told I could only do an exchange. A little aggravated, I began looking around the store for something around $25. After I chose a couple products, I returned to the front counter and Id only spent about $20 total. Then, the clerk asked for my debit card and put the remaining $5 back into my account. Meaning, I couldve bought a pack of gum for $.97 and have the other $24 credited to my account, but of course, thats not what I was told. Unfortunately, this is the closest Office Depot to my house, so I will probably go back. The storeclerks arent very friendly (to top it off). I dont see this store being open too much longer.

Miss Leslie langley in the printing department was very helpful this weekend I was experiencing an emergency and she gave me very helpful tips which I discovered to be a do it yourself job after her shift had ended before I could return for her to complete the job and visiting 3 other locations that were unable to process my print job {round of applause to miss Leslie}

The staff were helpful at the shipping desk. This store is old and a little run down but the shelves seemed well stocked. It is nice to have the ability to ship UPS or USPS after hours and on the weekend but that is about all I use the store for.

The wait time at this store is normally terrible. They closed down one location close by, so Im guessing everyone pile here. On Fridays when I need to do one specific thing, I hate waiting. Its the same every week.

Office Depot on I-55 are just awesome- they are so helpful, kind , and have a great drive in make you have a great experience - Thanks business center for helping me with my wedding invite :)

The store has been really understaffed. Ive had to leave twice because the line was too long and they were running 1 cashier. I can never get an associate to help me on the floor.

I found the prices on some things to be somewhat high but its nice to have a store like this around for printing and buying basic office supplies.

Hard to find. Its on the I-55 frontage road so that makes it hard to get to and leave. The staff was helpful though.
