Lazy employees with a I dont care if you buy from us or not attitude. I went in looking for a pen for my computer and the first person I ask, who had enough air in her head to fill up flat tire, said she didnt like they had them but they had stuff like that on the wall. After looking for a few minutes and finding nothing I left and on the way out the smart @$$ manger said in a very rude way, "not find what you are looking for today sir?" and I said it was impossible to find what they dont stock, to which (in the same tone as before) he said, "well have a great day". I got the feeling all the employees here want to do it get paid and go home and hope they dont have to help anyone.

Was surprised that Office Depot had furniture that I could use in other parts of my house. I am sure there is some use it could hold in an office but there is a buffet style piece that I really liked that works great in my kitchen. The prices were ridiculously cheap, could not believe it. I just came in to look at buying some odds and ends but found myself getting a lot more than I intended. did not sting too bad though because the prices are great.

I was in to receive a fax and the young lady working at the counter was very nice and professional. She had to check to see whether they charged for the cover pages (since that was 4/11 pages). The manager told her they had to charge and I just told her it was ok that Id pay the extra $8 to keep her out of trouble.

Today I was treated with dignity and good service by a sales associate. Her name was Sydney. She helped make my day better by taking care of a matter that other associates at the store could not manage including my own bank. I hope she continues to work at this store where I often shop.

A simple office depot. They could stand to hire a few more employees as there is usually a wait at copy and print, or there arent any associates around to answer questions. The store is pretty outdated and needs reorganizing. However, its centrally located and easy to get to.
