Kasia K is the sales consultant who handled a simple "print via email" request. I originally called over the phone (and was placed on hold for 5 minutes because she was on "lunch break" even though it was 9:30 am) to ask for the email that I may send my documents to and she said I have to visit the online website and handle it there. Which was odd because when I visited another office max, they gave me an email so that upon arrival everything would be ready for pickup. When I arrived at this store she made me wait 15 minutes so that she can catch up on work that she fell behind due to her early lunch break . This was very poor customer service and will NOT recommend visiting this store.

Kasia Kelly was absolutely phenomenal. Very smart young woman. She really took her time helping print out my daughters birthday cards. She seemed genuinely interested. Will come back to this OfficeMax and Ill only speak to Kasia in print.
