I looked online before visiting the dealership and I wasnt too sure that they had what I wanted. A few days later I decided to go there anyway just to look around and I ended up leaving with a 2013 Altima SL. Michael Moses was the salesperson who helped me and I have to say I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. I left there feeling that I made one of the best decisions of my life and I was very grateful for everything Michael did for me. I will be telling everyone to visit Michael Moses at Coastal Nissan if they are ever in the market for a car. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and accommodating (Michael, Ben, and Laura).

Deceptive business practices. Could not be more dissatisfied with my interactions with the staff at Coastal Nissan. Having communicated via phone and email for several days, I arrive at the dealership to find the mileage of a vehicle "misstated" on their website by roughly 1,200 miles. Upon sitting down to negotiate the price of the vehicle, I was shocked to see that the sales team inflated the price of the car by close to $2,000 over what was advertised on their own website. In addition to posting here, Ill be reporting their bait and switch techniques to the BBB. If youre looking for a stress free car buying experience, dont shop here.

The Sevice Department Department Manager Mike, The Techinican, "The Process" and "The Experience" was very professional and it made me feel comfortable and at ease with my electrical issues that were going on with my car. They fixed the problems and I have found a great service center for servicing for my 14 NISSAN Maxima. Also, any future purchases would be made with this "Family Oriented" Dealership and the sales consultant, Brandon, who helped me while I was waiting, by showing me a few cars, he was very informative, professional and has a great personality. He was excellent. GREAT EXPERIENCE !

"Great Deal on Nissan Altima!" They had one 2014 Nissan Altima SL left on the lot. They made us a good deal with the Trade-In of our current car and also got us down in our payments so it was the best for us. I would recommend these guys because the owner Mr. English dont want you to go to the other dealerships around the area! The salesman Mr. Mike Walsh did a great job with his knowledge & help during the sale process. The only reason they got a 4 star on Quality of Work is due to them not being open on Saturday for Service/Maint.... Wish they were open from 8am-12pm on Sat.

I purchased 2 cars from this dealership in the same year and have not been pleased in either their customer service or repairs. I have stopped taking my cars to them and have even gotten rid of one of them since. I had purchased extended warranties on my vehicles, as I always do, and getting them to refund the balance after you got rid of the car provided to be a bigger challenge then selling the car. While most dealerships do same day service this dealership operates on a "7-10 day" basis. Needless to say I will not be buying another car from this dealership.

Shawn was great to work with in this experience. My wife said it best as we were leaving, "This was a wonderful experience. No pressure or stress." Shawn showed us what was available and described each vehicle we looked at and quietly and calmly led us through the process to the final purchase. We highly recommend Shawn when you are in the market for your next vehicle. On the financial end, Ben was very pleasant to work with and no pressure there when describing the extended warranty and getting the final paperwork done.

He spent a lot of time walking me through my decisions, making sure that I knew the features my car had to offer, and answering questions. Wonderful experience buying our 2016 Nissan Altima. Shawn Bilton was amazing to us and the rest of the staff were great as well including Ben who handled our financing. Horrible dealership to work with ! And I read your response and thats not even the problem. The buyers order was sent over with the wrong payoff amount. I told the sales person multiple times what the payoff was, over the phone and in an email. My loan was approved but didnt have the right numbers because of this. I told the finance company to forget it and I wasnt going to deal with Coastal. Its not hard to copy numbers !
