I purchased a 2007 chysler 300 from a salesman name Chris and after taking car off lot my brakes and roators where making noise. I reached cout to him several times and he set up an appointment to fix my brakes and I only got back ones fixed instead of all. I called chin again and the company said he no longer works there. Shortly after he called me and told me to bring car to another shop and the worker there said he couldnt hear any noise which isnt true. But also stated that Chris didnt agree to cover charges and that he doesnt work for him. So it was a huge run around so my 30 day warranty would expire. Also he agreed to get me a tire cap. Because it was missing one when I brought it. I never received that either. This man is very unprofessional and has no honor behind his word. He is a fast talker and very dishonest. Now Im stuck with a noisey car that only has 3 wheel caps.

I purchased a F-350 from Duncan Motors on February 17 2016, They advertise their vehicles as warranteed. The Transmission failed in 50 miles. Sales slip says Duncan Motors Certifies that the entire vehicle is in a condition to provide service upon the highways at the time of purchase. The transmission was cracked through the case and stopped working 50 miles from the dealership. This would have shown up as a code on the computer with a basic service check. I contacted them about repairs and they said sure get it fixed and send us the bill. After sending them the bill they stopped responding or answering the phone. I contacted the NY State Attorney Generals office. The Attorney Generals office was unable after multiple attempts to get the company to respond. This company still has not paid the $2922.30 repair bill. 8-27-16

I just would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Mike Stanz. He is by far one of the most honest generous sales person this side of the globe has to offer. I traveled from NC to purchase a 1997 P30 Step Van from him and he provided me with all the parts which has warranty information as well as gave me a full tank of gas to make it back home to NC. He recently had a break down and the batteries were part of the reason for the break down and Mr. Mike still answers his phone with curtesy and respect and provided me with the information I needed in order to get new batteries under warranty still for free of charge and save me from spending 200+ dollars. I Recently Bought an Impala SS from them and within the first 30 Days The Transmission Went Out, I blew there phone up until They paid to rebuild the Transmission Cool, but after I got it back They made multiple problems while hooking up my transmission so now theres even more wrong, they lied about the car being wrecked so some parts are purplish while other parts are blue and Im stuck not being able to trade it In for a different better working car. Its outside cant even be driven because when they put the Transmission in they smashed my power steering line not to mention Ive never had air.

The owner Mike is easy to talk to. I was able to get a very nice low mileage car from them. It was easy for me to apply online on their website for a loan too. I highly recommend them.
