Worst Customer Service This is the worst place to do busy. Customer service is horrible. If you are expecting a call back from this dealership, good luck. The sale rep that I dealt with wasn’t honest. Tried to reach out to management through Christy but never received a call back. I wanted to reach out to Terry Holmes, who is one of the owner but Christy would not let me speak to him or provide his email address. She mentioned that he was busy. I guess management is too busy to hear about their customer issues/problems. When I purchased my car I was told that I would receive my second car key the following Monday but never did. The arrangement that I had with the sale rep to install a backup camera did go as planned. I had some issues with the alignment of the camera and Jason sent the sale rep (Ryan) that I purchased the vehicle from to make the adjustment. When Ryan stopped by, I asked him about my car key again and he informed me that Chris was working on it. A week past, I called and spoke to Christy and she mentioned that because they didn’t charge me for the camera, I would have to pay for the key. I don’t understand why they would do that and the car key wasn’t a part of any deal. I can’t believe a business can be this shady. I let her know I was not informed of this, so she placed me on hold to speak with Chris. I was unable to speak with Chris so Christy took my number and said Chris will call. It’s been over three weeks and I’m still waiting on Chris to call. One thing I know for sure, I will never buy another car from this dealership. Based on my observation, they will do whatever it takes to get your business but once you purchased it’s a done deal. I can’t believe or trust these people.

I was not impressed at all! Drove all the way from NC to look at a few convertibles and could not find anyone to wait on me! I asked a couple of people where the salespeople were and they said somebody would be with me in a little while. Once the salesperson came over from the other Chrysler lot I asked him about some of the prices and information about some of the cars and he TOLD ME TO GO BACK HOME AND LOOK IT UP ON THE WEBPAGE. Said he did not know the prices and if I was interested to check out the website. Strange situation for somebody interested in a vehicle How do they sell cars this way?

I would highly recommend purchasing your next car from Island Premier. This by far was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Damian who I dealt with took care of everything! Everything was smooth, streamlined and able to be taken care of over the phone. He was professional and courteous to my time. The car was top of the line and more than I could have asked for. I received a good deal on the car I purchased and a fair price for my trade-in. A few months later, my brake light came on and the service department gave me a generous discount on replacing the brake pads, even though I had put a few thousand miles on the vehicle. I would highly recommend going here for used cars in the Pawleys area.

Unfortunately I was only car shopping and outweighing my options , but I do know which direction to go when Im officially ready to purchase a vehicle .
