VERY poor customer service! Went in to try and get out from under a vehicle we were upside down in, but was falling apart. We went to look at a nice vehicle that was listed online, and was the only vehicle we were intersted in. When we got there and asked about it, the salesman constantly showed us other vehicles. Each time I would ask about the specific vehicle, he would say "well we have this one over here which is really nice," until I refused to look at any more until we look at the one we were looking for. He looked at his sheet and said that it must have sold because he didnt see it. Fair enough. We decide to test drive another car that we thought was ok, but we we really ready to commit to it yet. The salesman then offered a little under what I owed on my upside down car, then threatened to take the deal away if I didnt decide to buy that day. A week later, we are about to finish a deal from West Herr (who has incredible customer service) with a car that we are much more satisfied with. We also see that they still have the car that "sold" listed on their website for sale. Pros: Made a generous offer for trade in, offered a 100k mile powertrain warranty when concerns about transmission arose. Cons: Used bait and switch with an online ad for a car that isnt there, used scare tactics to try and make a sale that day, tried to argue that we didnt want a certain type of car and tried to tell us what we wanted.

This place is unprofessional. They continually change the downpayment and payment structures when trying to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately I would have to go through Credit Acceptance to obtain a loan due to already having a loan under my name and not being able to get approved through a regular bank with two loans. This dealership makes up their own rules with Credit Acceptance. No matter what they tell you Credit Acceptance only requires $500 down. Credit Acceptance doesnt make up the payment structure, term of the loan, or interest rate. This is all negotiated with the dealer. Credit acceptance only backs up the loan. Dont let this dealership jerk you around with some astronomical down payment and monthly payments. The dealership enters the information into a computer and then calculate what they want. I personally wouldnt go through this dealership, but there are limited dealerships that offer financing through Credit Acceptance in the area.

THEY HAD MY CAR UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF APRIL. THE END OF JUNE HITS AND MY ENGINE BLOWS UP FINDING OUT THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITH A BAD ENGINE NOT TO MENTION THEY SOLD ME A 2 YEAR 24K MILE WARRANTY THAT WAS VOID AND DIDNT COVER ANYTHING ON MY CAR. I AM NOW $8,000 IN THE HOLE OUT OF MY OWN POCKET REPLACING EVERYTHING STARTING WITH THE ENGINE. IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM THESE THIEVES THAN BE PREPARED TO DEAL WITH THIS. THERE ARE OTHER PLACES THAT ARE STRAIGHT UP THAT WILL APPROVE YOUR CREDIT AND GET YOU IN A CAR. ATTORNEY GENERAL AND 2 LAWYERS ARE CURRENTLY GETTING INVOLVED.

Hi Dane, I waited 6 months to write a review for you. I purchased a Cadillac Escalade in Jan. of 2014 and wanted to thank you for everything you and your crew did. About a week after purchase the check engine light went on and I was having all kinds of trouble getting the map cd into the reader. I called your service dept. and they made me a appointment right away. It was taken care of in one day. The check engine light was a evap valve and the disk reader had two cds stuck in it. Your service guys told me everything they did and said to come back if I had any more problems. I took that truck down to Florida 2 times and Im going again the first week in August. What a vehicle. Thanks again for being patient with my wife and I and for showing us so many vehicles. Your service guys are the greatest. Thanks Dane, CHUCK EZ

complete jerks working here, please dont waste your time on this place, they do not care a bit about gaining customers but rather making the best buck off you on either your trade or on you buying a new car/truck. Completely dishonest, if you agree with them on something, you better sign it within 5 minutes or the bosses mind will change since hes busy driving all lot vehicles around. Cant even remember your name or what you want to buy, even 2 minutes after he introduces himself to you. ohhh wait, no he didnt. Just unprofessional in all areas. If you want to buy a vehicle, go to any other places around this place and you got a better shot at buying something that works and from someone that wants your business, not just your money and see how much of it he can get.

I went to this dealership after looking at a car online that I fell in love with and was worried I wouldnt be able to purchase it. The salesman Ryan was great, friendly, honest up front, and went above and beyond to meet my needs for the car I wanted to purchase. He stayed in touch with me during the entire process from the day I looked at the car to the day when I picked it up. First time I can say I actually enjoyed buying a car. No pressure at all and the rest of the staff I worked with was great. I will be bringing my new car to them for maintenance as well since they provided such outstanding service. Plus if they dont have what you are looking for on their lot, they will find it for you. Highly recommend!

DO NOT LOOK HERE!!!! These people are extremely unprofessional, very rude and uncaring. All the cars here are overpriced and extremely dirty inside and out. They offered me a very low amount for my car to trade in. Went to other dealerships that offered me double what they offered. Wont be surprised if they go out of business soon. i went to look at 2 cars here 1 was sold but still on the for sale lot. BOTH were very dirty and miles were more on the car than what the website stated. Save some money and dont come here. Also they say there 4 year 100,000 mile warranty is best in the area, ive found the same thing at galaxy auto place and the warranty was FREE.

Horrible. If I could give no stars I absolutely would. Listen, I know youre coming here most of the time because you dont think you can get approved elsewhere or something along those lines believe me thats why I started here. They knew my situation and they smelled my desperation and thats definitely my fault however to advise me Im only approved for the worst car on the lot is beyond me. The best part is they almost had me. Needless to say Im in a much newer vehicle for only 30/month more than the 2004 they wanted to put me in for 3 1/2 years. If your really strapped I promise you you can go elsewhere if Im approved you can be too.
