Car was purchased while on vacation. Sale was smooth and car was clean. That was the best part of the experience. I didnt want to purchase the car but like used car dealers do, assured me that he had the top dealership around and would never have lemon cars on his lot. Also there mechanic shop made sure there was major issues in the near future. It took weeks to send me the title which was still through the loaner of the car. But that is small, at about 36 days from purchase the head gasket went ( Less then 1000 miles. They claimed they would still assist if something happen past 30 days and were basically ignoring and putting off my phone ( i will call u later). A few days later they told me I was out of warranty and hung up on me immediately . Dont ever trust these guys, anyone can polish junk but it doesnt make it work. Pretty car but slow service, terrible customer service and Lemon vehicles . $5000 for new engine on $11000 car. Beware of these guys

Getting the truck was fine he did get me in truck at payment I wanted. I have nothing but trouble since I bought truck. Been in shop at least once a month for the last year. Luckily I bought extra warranty. Transmission went out recently and come to find out the truck was a flood damaged truck and I was not disclosed this before buying. I also took truck to different shop then there to have fixed because his could not do it and was told sorry should have left it at our shop now it all on you and will not help.this was three weeks after buying it. (Only have truck for two days before it died). They had truck for three weeks and couldnt figure it out so I went else where. Do not buy from them. All cars have had issues or motors changed out. I have watched them change engines out and put different ones in so the mileage isnt correct on most.

Love my new car!! I went to MB Auto Traders just to look and several hours later I drove off the lot with an awesome 2010 Cadillac SRX. BEAUTIFUL CAR!! No-pressure from the salesman who listened to my needs and showed me numerous used cars that were top quality. What impressed me most was the quality of vehicles MB Auto Traders have on their lot in comparison to other dealers in the area. I never felt rushed and the sales team were very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I never thought used car shopping would be so easy, quick and painless — but MB Auto Traders made it exactly that!! The final price was exactly as negotiated with no last-minute surprises. Its been 3 months since I bought my car and I could not be happier. I got the truck I wanted and they fought hard to get me the financing. Listening to the guy on the phone with the finance people was comical. The longer I have the truck the more I am finding wrong with it, mostly small stuff. Luckily I am mechanically inclined so i can fix it but honestly I dont know if the truck will be paid off before it dies on me. Within the first three months replaced the front wheel bearing hud. The air conditioning works sporadically transmission dipstick missing (only has the top of the dipstick in the tube) dash components not working and the park assist doesnt work. Im sure i will find more wrong with it.

Recomiendo totalmente esta concecionaria, los tramites son faciles y rapidos y el carro que compre funciona excelentemente, es la mejor opcion si eres latino y quieres comprar un auto, ellos te atienden en espanol y son muy amables... yo les doy 5 estrellas

Complete and utter jerks told CHASE i was looking a 1 car only explained my situation and immediately he said he couldnt put me in a car i have already been approved by 5 dealerships not to mention 4 of the 5star reviews are from a workers family soo there 4.1 star review is tainted and to make matters worse im a non smoker and he walks up with a cigarette in his mouth not professional listen to the bad reviews not there family and there good reviews!!!

I will give them a 1 star only because I have to. The salesman was really good at feeding us a bunch of BS! We bought our truck in October and it has been nothing but problems since we left the lot. We were assured that the truck was gone through throughly, and its a great vehicle. Well if a great vehicle means rebuilding the entire thing, its a great vehicle. Stay far away from this place, and dont fall for the BS!

I bought a car from them and that same day the car experienced a whole bunch of problems. I called them immediately and they pretended to not know what I was talking about. I asked them for a car fax which they never gave me. I took it to the mechanic and I ended up spending another $2000 in repairs. I would never buy a car from them again.

Horrible dealership told my payment would be 300$ and some how over night it doubled sales staff has no idea what they are talking about when it comes to cars they just can read the manual thats about it complete idiots save your time and money and that Richard guy is a complete liar stay away from that sorry sob at all cost

I purchased a 2005 Ford Ranger from MB auto-traders for a great price. The vehicle was in excellent shape and importantly came with an outstanding warranty. The staff knows their stuff and does an excellent job of taking care of their customers. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them in the future

bought a van here, needed one that was reliable to get me to and from my shows as a band member and mine is doing real well after about 18 months. price was fair and I got my loan there too which was better rate then I thought Id get as my singing is fortunately better then my credit rating!
