I have had good service and I have had bad service. This time, not so great. I brought my car in for an inspection. It passed, but they found something that could cause a problem that they wanted to take care of. I brought my car in and was told it would be 2 hours. It ended up to be 4 hours. And then the next day, I noticed that there was something leaking. That was a Sunday, so on Monday, I called and had to bring it in the next day. They told me they would call me when it was done. They did not. When I arrived, I didnt see my car. Right away when I walked in and they went over the problem, they pretty much told me it wasnt their fault. "It wasnt anywhere where they were working on my car", so they dont know how it happened. Well I didnt do it. And the car didnt go anywhere but to my house. So now, where is my car? I asked where my car was, they said on the other side of the building. Oh it was. Down the hill. Hidden between two trucks. I had to set my alarm off in order to find it. Never said bye or have a nice day. Or sorry this happened. Nothing. I have bought three cars from them. And this is the customer service I get?

The buying of my new silverado was a great, easy experience.. However the service department for the third time has done terrible job. I have had a detail and the car was returned filthy with wax grime left all over the interior and literally dirt on the shifter where it must of been dumped from vacuum cleaner. The outside wasnt much better. The silverado was brand new and there was chunks of outer coating grease left on doors and a coat of grime as visible as day! Crap service and everyone in Fredonia will tell you!

My car buying experience was awesome. I live in Nashville TN and flew into the Buffalo airport where salesman Larry Ludeman was there as promised to pick me up. We traveled approximately an hour to the dealership were my new Z06 was waiting clean and in its very own bay. I found the rest of the team to be friendly and helpful. Great time getting this Buick. Test drove different cars and found the "One". Had a great salesman, Larry L. Answered all our questions with ease and had a smile on his face.. Terrible. These crooks tried to scam my 86 year old grandmother into paying 700+ dollars for totally unnecessary work. They told her that she needed a new shifter in order to pass inspection. Luckily, she is a savvy lady and took it to another mechanic for a second opinion. Basil in Fredonia preys on old ladies.

They bring your keys to you, (Rather than announce over the loudspeaker, "Mrs. XYZ, please return to the service desk, your vehicle is ready") you sign the paperwork and youre done!
