My ABS light was on and traction control light on my 2008 Ford Edge. I took my truck to Valone and asked if they could fix it, thsy said they would diagnosis and work with my warranty company, after having it 24 hours the manager called me with the diagnosis. He said I had a bad o-ring and abs sensor and my warranty company wont cover it. He said he needed $850 from me if I wanted it fixed. I called my warranty company they said that this was not true, valone had called them and said that they did not want to work on the truck... then why did they diagnose it??????? All they did was regurgitate exactly what I told them was wrong. I had asked ahead of time if they were willing to do the work and they told me they were.. I pick up my vehicle on a Friday before work leaving the bill of $95 there until after work when I cashed my paycheck; by Saturday at 8 a.m. the manager was leaving me threatening messages on my voicemail!!!! This got me curious; why was he was in such a rush to get his $95 for doing absolutely nothing??? I smelt scam!! Wednesday I took it to a reputable shop right down the road, they have me drop it off on Tuesday morning at 8 a.m. I called back at 4 p.m. to see what their diagnosis was, they said my o-ring was totally missing on my axle, that they had replaced the axle and my truck was ready to be picked up. All I owed was the $100 deductible on my warranty which I happily paid when I picked up my truck. The manager just called me again demanding his money; I informed him that he misdiagnosed my truck and to send me a bill and I will dispute it... it saddens me how they tried to take advantage of me, Im a single mother working two jobs to keep; a home, vehicle and food on the table for my family... Sadly disappointed

Dont do it!!!! It has been a nightmare. I have a lease and they should have never put me into a lease knowing what I needed the car for. I knew as soon as I had the car for three days, it was a mistake. I went back several times and they will not help me. Today was the last straw. They had me talk to a salesperson on Friday and when I called today, that person is no longer with them. This happened with the first salesman I dealt with also. So, they gave me to another salesman and when he called me back, he said that they really couldnt help me unless I bought something they had on the lot! I told them I was going to look elsewhere. This guy says, "okay". Really???? So, that I did and though I am in a tough situation, I have a couple dealers helping me. Never again Valone Ford! I will be sure to make everyone I know aware of what you did and did not do to make it right. Shame on you for not taking care of a local person when I came to you so I could support a local business. I also tired several time to speak to the owner and was put off every time. Goes to show you that it doesnt matter to them as long as they make the sale.

I purchased 2 new cars from Valone in the last year. When the need came up for the second it was a very easy choice, because of the way they went about taking care of me for the first truck. I cant say enough about the dealership. They truly seem to care and go the extra mile to show you this. If your in the market for car, new or used, I stongly recommend them

They told me that my 2012 Ford Focus SE with under 35,000 miles on it was out of warranty. They updated the program in the body control module and shortly after that the car started to run like crap. Now I have to have my body control module replaced. I will never deal with this dealership.
