This is the second car I bought from Enterprise in Monroeville, PA. I cannot say enough about the experience for both purchases. First of all, the employees are very professional and go out of their way to accommodate all of the needs of the buyer. I actually signed the papers in my living room when, on both purchases, the car was delivered to me, the second one delivered 400 miles to my home in another state. The on-line site is excellent and gives the buyer the opportunity to select a vehicle from all around the country. The no haggle pricing is fair and the prices are consistent with the values established for the used vehicle by third parties. The history of the vehicle gives you a comprehensive read out of the vehicles original purchase and service. My first auto had 8,000 miles on it and the second 36,000. I bought the first in 2014 and have had no problems with it . The second one, I purchased a month ago. I was disappointed that I had a problem within the first month but Enterprise took care of it immediately. My car was towed to the nearest dealer who found a bolt had loosened in the caliper. It was a fluke that cost $35.21 to repair but the cost was entirely picked up by Enterprises 30 day warranty. The roadside service took over and I was happily introduced to the Nissan Dealer nearby for future services. I will definitely consider buying any future cars from Enterprise. Kudos to Enterprise! If you are thinking of buying a used vehicle, they are a win win decision for everyone!

The staff here at this Enterprise Car Sales location are very professional and friendly. They made my vehicle purchase an easy and pleasant experience, all the way from the test drive to the final signing. Imir, Ben, and Berat get special acknowledgement. They are all top notch. I liked how the vehicles were accessible so that I could sit in them and experience how each one looked and felt before making the purchase. Another big plus for me was taking the test drive with my family without a salesperson in the car. No knock on the staff, but it was nice to discuss things in private without a salesperson being there. Additionally, it is really nice to be able to experience different makes and models at the same location. The vehicles were all clean both inside and out. Purchase price was slightly below Kelley Blue Book value as mentioned on their website. No hassle or pressure either. Very nice. Paperwork and signing was fast and efficient and the car was fueled up and washed and ready to go after I signed for it. The staff explained some of the functions of the vehicle too, so that I was familiar with everything before I drove away in it. If a vehicle purchase comes my way, either for myself or a friend or relative, I will not hesitate to recommend Enterprise Car Sales in Monroeville. This is how the process of buying a car ought to be. They get a Five Star Rating from me. Top notch!

I always enjoy working with Enterprise. This is the first time I have worked with Enterprise in Pennsylvania, and my experience indicates that they are consistently excellent across the board. The three gentlemen I worked with at Enterprise Car Sales were awesome. They were courteous, they followed up with us, and they did what they could to make the experience smooth and easy. We started out working with BJ (I think his last name is Wise), who started us out with our application and with the search for a vehicle. When we got there, it was late and BJ was not available, but Andre Twyman took over, and he was great. He went and got my daughter a glass of water when she asked for one, and he explained everything fully. There are no surprises at Enterprise. I cant remember the finance guys name. I wish I could. He was a good guy, as well. I think Enterprise does a good job of hiring and keeping people who give good service and have a positive attitude toward customers. I recommend them to everyone. People dont think about Enterprise when they go to buy cars, but I hope Im helping to turn that around--you will not regret it. This is my third purchase from Enterprise as a company, and Ive rented from them dozens of times.

I BOUGHT MY CAR FROM ENTERPRISE IT WILL BE 2 WEEKS AGO ON FRIDAY, AND DAVE TERREZ WAS MY SALES MAN AND HE DID EVERYTHING HE COULD DO TO GET ME THE BEST PRICE ON MY TRADE IN AND GOT ME THE GREATEST APR RATE ON MY FINANCE LOAN WHICH WAS AWESOME. I WAS SO HAPPY BY THE TIME EVERYTHING WENT THRU AFTER DAVE AND HIS MANAGER STAYED OVER PAST WORKING HOURS TO GET THINGS TAKEN CARE OF FOR ME SO I WAS ABLE TO LEAVE IN MY CAR THAT NIGHT. IT MADE ME SO HAPPY WHEN IT WAS ALL DONE I GAVE BOTH OF THEM A BIG HUG AS WELL AS MY BOYFRIEND WHO DROVE 3 1/2 HOURS WITH ME TO GET THE NEW CAR. THANK YOU GUYS FOR HELPING ME OUT AND STAYING LATE TO TAKE CARE OF THINGS FOR ME, YOU GUYS R THE BEST!!! We purchased a car from this location. Day 2 went back up because we heard a noise, they stated nothing was wrong, day 3 noticed a crack in the wind shield. They fixed that....Yay. Th next week the car was jerking and would not switch gears. Had to put the car in the shop and they had it for a week. All this and I just paid my first car note. Really everyone is just passing the buck when it comes to this car and this expereince. I believe that I was sold a car that was previously in an accident (according to the mechnic that fixed it), Enterprise gave me car facts that says different but who I am to believe. I just want a car that me and my family can get around in without it breaking down.

Customer service is excellent, no doubt! They go above and beyond with their customers. However, i am a little concerned. After driving my new used car for 3 days, I noticed jerkiness in the wheel. Also felt the steering wheel moving towards the left, so my initial thing was an alignment. I went to Enterprise and told them what I was feeling. I said it felt like i need an alignment done. I shouldnt be feeling ANYTHING after 1 week of purchasing, so one of the managers set up an appointment for me to have it checked. I dont need it checked, I need it FIXED!! So far, I am not pleased with this process

I had a very good experience buying a car from this Enterprise location. Our salesperson BJ Wise was awesome to work with. He answered all of our questions, bought my mom and I lunch while we were there and helped me to locate the vehicle I wanted. The manager Beret was also very friendly and helped us get a nice interest rate on our financing. I will definitely look at buying my next car from Enterprise.
