As you may have read from the other reviewers, Biondi doesnt seem to inspect their cars before they put them up for sale and Im not sure why. My experience was unfortunately bad, but let me start out by saying this may not be your story. Simply check out the vehicle first and do not rely on anyone to tell you the condition of the car. I was an out of state buyer and trusted what I was told about the condition and was lied to. I asked only 2 questions before making my purchase "Is the price negotiable" and "Does it have any dents, ding, scratches, buff marks or any imperfection?" Answer to first question: "No". Answer to second question "No but if there are we fix them before we sell them" The car was black and black shows everything so if there were a lot of imperfections in the car, I would have passed. The day comes for the car to arrive and low and behind, paint chips that have been badly covered up are all at the bottom of the doors on both sides, sides of the bumpers, clear coat peeling off of the hood, dents on the back quarter panels, scratches, buff marks, it was awful for a 2008 car. I took it to a detailer to see if anything could be done and he then referred me to a body shop as the damage was to severe for them. Total estimate to fix the mess? over $2,700. Turns out the car had been completely repainted at some point and they obviously did a bad job. I really wish I could return the car but all I can do is hope they will fix this mess. Had I known this car had been completely repainted I would have never bought it. I would never expect this type of vehicle to be sold at a Lincoln Mitsubishi dealership and I am extremely disappointed.

First I would like to say that I have been a loyal customer with biondis for over 20 years, buying and / or leasing many cars. Recently I feel like biondis has done nothing to appreciate my customer loyalty. Just recently I took my car in for services for the transmission and the air conditioning. I was told that the transmission was bad BUT wasnt totally shot and COULD BE repaired at a cost of approximately $1500 give or take and depending on what else they find once they look at the transmission further. Reluctantly I told them to go ahead and fix the transmission SINCE i was told it could be repaired. Since i felt confident about getting my car back i also gave permission to fix the air conditioner, which was an extra $500. 2 days later I get a call telling me that as they looked into the issue further my transmission was in fact shot AND could not be repaired..HOWEVER they had already fixed the air conditioner. SO.. now I owe for an air conditioner in a car that is NOT running and to add salt to the womb this car lot charged me approximately $700 just FOR LABOR. SO I left the car lot with a $1200 bill and no running car. This was the day that I decided to sever my over 20 year relationship with a dealership that does not have my best interest at heart!!! Even though I was told they were looking out for me by stopping the labor (at $700 mind you) and furthering my costs!! PS. Just bought my daughter a car there less than 4 months ago but I dare not get it serviced there..my family and I buy cars all the time and their records will show it. Oh well..time to try a new dealership!! #700laborisridiculous!

We recently purchased a used vehicle from here, it seemed to be in excellent condition when we drove it and the price was unbeatable so we jumped quickly on the deal. The lady who was our salesman was excellent. We drove off the lot in our "new" vehicle and went to the mall shopping. We came outside to a monsoon, jumped in the vehicle and realized the windshield wiper did not work. We had to drive an hour home in a monsoon with one working windshield wiper. We called them the next day and they were not too happy about having to fix our windshield wiper, but they did at no cost to us. A few days later I realized our vehicle has leaked tons of some type of oil in our garage. Luckily we bought a warranty with our vehicle and we can take it to a local dealership to have it fixed at a cheaper cost. So here we are with our "new" vehicle getting ready to be towed because we cant drive it. How can two problems like this occur after a week of owning a vehicle!?! They obviously do not care about the mechanical problems of their used vehicles, but can sell them so easily because of their low prices. Dont think I will purchase another used vehicle from them. UPDATE: Vehicle is getting towed AGAIN only after about 5 times driving the thing. Thank you Biondi once again :)

I thought the salesman who sold my car was very genuine and professional. It is the companys auto repair department I have a problem with. Less than a month after buying my used 2011 Mazda 2 with brand new tires from the dealer, I got a flat tire. The tow truck driver said it was a manufacturer defect and it was very visible that a piece of metal from the hubcap had made its way into the rubber and caused the tear/flat tire. Whenever I took my car to Biondi to have it repaired they said it was going to cost 130 dollars for a brand new tire and it was not a manufacturer defect. Not until I made a huge stink about it did the repairman finally admit that his initial viewing of the tire was incorrect and it was, in fact, a manufacturer defect. He was probably just trying to avoid having to fill out some additional paperwork. A few months later, the front bumper started peeling. I was told by an auto repair shop that when the dealer received the used car there was probably a scratch on it, instead of properly sanding and priming, they did a crappy quick paint job which did not last long. I have not even bothered seeing if the dealer will fix this one because their reputation has been made known to me. Go somewhere else to buy a used vehicle.

All I can say is this dealership is "First Class" all the way. The General Sales Manager Jim Santimauro was outstanding. He took a special interest in my visit to the dealership that day, and even with his extremely fair offer for the trade value for my Lincoln MKz, he also went above and beyond that. If you have left this dealership unhappy, then you havent talked to Mr. Santimauro, because if you would have, he would have done his best to find the resolution to your issue. The next outstanding person that was so very kind and genuine, was Mrs. Vera Perry. She is the dealerships Customer Relations Manager. This lady is the nicest, helpful, caring, most down to earth person that you would ever want to meet. Her 26 years experience really shines. I am sooo thankful that I went to this dealership that day, because I would have never met these 2 awesome people. This is where I will be bringing my 2013 MKs for service, because without them it would not have been possible. My sincerest heartfelt Thank You ! Jon G.
