Very friendly people... Fair Price on the truck I tried to buy. I have tried to buy this truck several time. finally today I had to ask the question. Why are you so far off on my trade value. at the entrance to the show room are NADA Member Decals. He said he had been in the car business for 40 years. He know how to price a trade. This could have been a good thing. He said my Truck had a lot of miles, it does. I said I agree there is a $3,500.00 deduct in the NADA Guide I had on my phone. He then said my truck had a service four wheel drive light on. This was reason to say my truck was rough. That worried me. I ask him to show me. I know my truck did not have a light on when I parked it at the dealership. We went to my car he grabbed my key from my hand and started my truck. He then pointed the the four wheel drive indicator on the dash it showed the two rear wheels. He said that means you need to service your four wheel drive. I said no it show it needs service. I then said press the brake and put it in four wheel drive. He did and the four wheels light up. He switched it back and it went out. You could tell he got frustrated. He got up patted me on the shoulder and said that is the way it is and walked off. until this point I wanted to do business with this dealer. I hoped they would have been fair. Lesson learned. Rule No. 1 Never Trade Rule No. 2 when want to trade remember rule no. 1 Rule No. 3 do your research see Rule No. 1

After visiting many dealerships and encountering many rude, pushy salesmen I finally found a dealership where I felt respected and felt like my interest was appreciated! Danny is the most honest and kind salesman Ive ever met!! He answered all my questions and didnt get frustrated and be rude when I told him I had to think about it. He encouraged me to do what I felt was best for my financial situation and the next day I drove my dream car off the lot! If you want honest people who are willing to bend over backwards to help you then you have got to go see Danny Turner and his coworkers! I wont buy another vehicle from anyone else in the future!!! He is an asset to this business!!!!

After taking my Sierra in for repair and having a terrible experience, I received a GM survey via email which I completed honestly. Since I didnt give them excellent feedback in every category, Austin Lewis, the service manager, stated that I could have cost the dealership thousands of dollars and requested that I not return to the dealership and that we cut ties. Its sad that a survey cant be completed honestly. Surveys are put in place to determine areas that can be improved on, not for dealerships to retaliate when they are not given excellent feedback.

We were not greeted when we first entered the dealership. Salesmen were sitting around looking directly at us and said nothing. No hello, welcome, nothing. A salesman came out of his office and asked if anyone was helping us, and we said no. The salesman, Joseph Harrison "Joe", was great!!! He answered all of my questions and was very attentive. No pressure at all. I bet the other salesmen thought we werent going to make a purchase, but they were dead wrong. I will always buy from Joe only!!! Ask for Mr. Joe, he doesnt judge a book by its cover.
