I rarely write reviews on companies via google, but I had no choice after today. I can literally say this was my worse car experience EVER. As we walked to the door to enter, this bigger guy with his arms crossed just stands there like security. I asked him was he who I spoke with over the phone. He says no and rudely points me into the direction of the person who was and leaves like he was mad or something. Wouldnt buy a thing from this guy ever just for his attitude alone. This is where it got weird though. So the guy starts out being pretty cool. We tell him the car we came to look at which was waiting at the front already. We go out for a test drive and I immediately notice this isnt the car for us. We both had a dislike about the engine and how it sounded and wanted to look at another car to make sure thats how all Fusions sound and not a defect on this particular car. The sales guy was so pushy that he didnt even want us to drive another "so that if we didnt hear the noise on the newer car that we wouldnt want to purchase the older one." DUH. Who WANTS to buy a car with problems already? He offered a warranty, but again, HOW WANTS TO BUY A CAR WITH PROBLEMS ALREADY? He kept insisting this was the perfect car, very pushy and started to run credit and paperwork when we were NOT about to make an immediate decision today. As I spoke for my wife since she knows absolutely nothing about cars, he kept trying to cut me off and talk to her. Ive purchased many cars and have many women in my family that have been taken advantage of by guys like him and I wasnt going for that with him or anybody else for that matter. I was totally turned off at this point but still gave this guy a chance which I shouldnt have. We finally decided to check out another car. We walk outside and the guy tells us to get in another car because were driving to the car. With us being new to this dealership we figured the car was in stock at this location, or at least around the corner. NO! This guy, without telling us beforehand, drives us halfway across Nashville and decides to turn around because of traffic. At this point Im furious and positive I wouldnt spend a dime with this guy because thats just not cool to me and inconsiderate of someones time. Atleast ask first dude. Then he offers to bring the car to us the following day, which we dont live in Nashville, pending that we do the paperwork before we leave dealership tonight. Who does paperwork on a car they havent seen or driven? Long story short, once we got back to the dealership, this guy asked for no contact information, gave no handshake, and said if we wanted to come back to give him a call. He proceeds to hurry back into the dealership to a customer that apparently has bought from him before. DONE at this point. We MAY come back, but I refuse to feel disrespected, pushed, and not appreciated by somebody whos paycheck depends on customer satisfaction. If they try to put you with a guy named Foster, run!

The van drives and runs great, but Wholesale Inc didnt hold their end of the bargain with the purchase of the vehicle. Many items were promised, but after the papers were signed - all deals were off and denied. We bought a 2011 Chrysler van right off the wholesale truck. We knew it hadnt been cleaned nor inspected, but we were promised it would be and that we could pick it up the following morning. The brake light was on in the notification center on the dash. We were promised it was driven and inspected. We picked it up with a brake light still on and told that nothing could be found. We were also told that it would be buffed, a few scratches fixed and it would be detailed. The following day, it was clean, but it was a simple run through wipe-off job. It had an empty tank of gas when we initially purchased it and it was still on empty the following day. I ended up fixing the light by adding fluid when I got it home that afternoon. It was an easy fix that was simply never checked out - and thats troublesome. We did get a half tank of gas, but were promised a full tank. A moot point, but still an "empty" promise from the team at Wholesale Inc. These are trivial items compared to the repairs promised to the front and rear bumpers that were then denied by several other employees after initially promised that they would be repaired. We were also informed that the van had navigation and bluetooth in the touchscreen media center, later to find out this wasnt the case. Again, all employees played dumb and denied using these items as a selling point to us. One final note was the promise that a DVD player would be installed into the overhead console as part of the purchase, but once again, the team played dumb and denied ever offering to install one. We were told we could get one installed along with the navigation and Bluetooth at their cost from CarTronics next door, which ended up being an absurd amount of money. The van is fantastic minus the much wanted eeded options along with the desired cosmetic repairs, but after 3 days worth of visits and over 15 hours of our time spent, well buy elsewhere this fall when we buy a third vehicle. I feel like these guys are hit or miss and Im sad to use the phrase, "typical used car salesmen attitudes and tactics". Having known the owner, Steve, since his days at Blue Collar in Hendersonville, I honestly thought "Brewster" and his team were more professional than this.

Worst experience ever. The initial sales man was not interested in me at all, he was more interested in my sister and her occupations and her life. I did not go in with the intentions of purchasing a car that day and we made sure to let them know exactly that. I had gotten a list of cars that I was interested in and had what I wanted and wanted to test drive at least one to see if it was what I wanted. I just wanted to know what I wanted to get so that I could GET it less than a month later when my income tax check came in. I found the perfect car hands down. The sales man asked if we wanted to run the numbers and we said sure, but my sister and I both reiterated multiple times what my budget was and that, if it was at the max, that I would need to think about it. The sales man was unable to get to my range, so we thanked him and he thanked us and said that hed get the Sales Manager to come out and thank us as well. In comes the Sales Manager. He seemed nice at first, then he hit us with the "Okay, so..." as soon as we sat back down. He immediately became aggressive, started bullying me, treating me like I had signed my life away to agree to leave with this car if they could get it to my range (which, again, they did not), kept saying "Well Ill GET it down to your range" with this tone, and started going off about how much I "didnt understand" that the close-but-not-really monthly payment they had gotten me was the "best they could do for a First Time Buyer". No. This car being my first car purchase has jack to do with my monthly payments. I have excellent credit and I know what I can get. They didnt get close. He just kept repeating the same thing over and over and getting more aggressive each time. We got up and left. I had every single intention of coming back within the month and purchasing a car from Wholesale Inc when I was 100% ready. I would rather go to a specific dealership to get the car I want for $5,000 more than deal with this kind of treatment. I will never consider Wholesale Incs inventory again and I am going to warn my friends and family to stay the hell away. I did not get this Sales Managers name and I dont know if there is more than one Sales Manager, but He was the Blonde one with Glasses. I would recommend leaving if he walks out after you say no to an offer that isnt what you want and what you know you can get.
