Called for a price ballpark, nothing fancy, about a 20 second conversation. Asked if any slot was available for me to perhaps get in to on that day and was, very literally, laughed at. And in a very condescending tone of voice told that it couldnt be done until (In his words) "around Thursday, maybe". So my logical follow up was whether or not there were any technicians in the area that he might know who did the same services, that might have an opening, he again chuckled and gives me 2 options, one of which I had already called and did not perform said service. Long story short, I wont be spending any money with this place... I would have gladly waited until Thursday had this gentleman established a connection with his customer.

Dropped my car off to have a thermostat replaced. Had my car done in about 3 hours. Brought my other vehicle there for other service afterwards. Reasonable price and great customer service!
