I have been a customer of the Gary Force Acura service department for about 5 years, and I recently bought a certified pre-owned ILX from them. Their service department has always been top notch, and they charge very reasonable prices. If you have an older Acura like I did, Joel Trail (the service manager) is always willing to spend time discussing how to keep your Acura on the road for as long as possible. I know I can trust and rely upon whatever they tell me. When my 2001 MDX reached the end of its long life last month, I knew right from the start that I wanted to stay with the Acura brand. I shopped around online and considered used Acuras in several different states, not expecting to buy a car in town. When I finally visited Gary Force Pre-Owned I met Peter Corey, who really set himself apart from the rest of the used car industry. Unlike so many other salesmen, Peter was straightforward and honest with me throughout the entire process. When I asked a specific question about a car, he gave me an answer as opposed to some clever reply that skirted the question. I really appreciated this after weeks of frustration with other dealerships. These guys are great, and I plan to be a customer of Gary Force Acura for life.

After having been a loyal Volvo buyer since 2001, I decided it was time to make a change. I started looking at different car manufacturers and knew I wanted to go with a car that would be reliable over the course of at least 5 years, would look good, and would be fun to drive. When I decided on looking at the Acura brand, I contacted Gary Force Acura online. Less than an hour later, I had made contact with a salesperson. I had lots of questions and concerns. Switching brands is not easy after having driven one particular type of car for so many years. Within a couple of days after making initial contact, my husband and I went to test drive a 2014 Acura TSX. The minute I saw it, I knew it was the one for me! The test drive sealed the deal. There will be no more Volvos for me! The Acura is by far a superior vehicle. As far as our purchasing experience, it could not have been any better! We had a great salesperson who worked with us to answer all of our questions and make the whole process go smoothly. Mike Lowe at Gary Force took time to make our purchase go flawlessly. My husband and I are very happy we found Gary Force Acura and we know we will be in the Acura family for many years to come!

I have bought and traded a number of different cars over the years and it is always a long, tedious and somewhat painful experience. I went into Gary Force Acura yesterday because I was interested in a 2017 RDX and had made an appointment for a test drive. They were expecting me when I arrived and within minutes of meeting Eric Green, my salesperson, we were out for our test drive. He patiently answered my many, many questions and made sure I was comfortable during my short wait for the paperwork. He even double checked my trade to make sure I had gotten everything out of it and rescued my garage door opener. When I expressed concerns about living 45 minutes away from the dealership and having to bring the car in for maintenance he said that I just needed to call him and he would bring me a loaner and take the car for me. There was absolutely no pressure and this was the best car buying experience I have had hands down. Thank you to Eric and the other folks at Gary Force Acura! I love my new RDX!

I originally leased a car from Gary Force Acura 6 years ago. The first 4 years were a dream. They went over and above to take care of me. Unfortunately, the past two years have been a nightmare. I have constantly been pushed around, the service department has been rude and misguided me on decisions and overall it has been a terrible experience. Not only have I had an awful experience, I have spoken to the manager of the store and nothing has even been done to make my bad situations right. When I first started leasing I raved about my Acura experience to everyone I talked to about cars. Now, because of the way they treated me, they have lost of what could have been a customer for life. My lease is up in a month and I will not be returning. I will be switching to a competitor with better service, better prices and better styling. Please dont spend your money or time with these folks.

I am 62 years old and I have done business with several different car dealerships in my life time. I have to say, the Gary Force Acura Service Department is a Class A Operation. From the moment you drive in, you are treated with courtesy and respect. They listen to you, and respond accordingly. You have a nice comfortable waiting area where you can get coffee, water, tea or juice. They have scones, cookies and even a small sub sandwich if you need a little snack. There is a private area where you can go with your computer or phone and actually get work done while you wait.and they also offer to hand wash your car for free before you leave. It was an Impeccable experience for me. Joel Trail, you and your team are a true example of what Customer Service is supposed to look like. Thank you for your commitment to excellence for your customers.

The service dept wants your money and get out of there. They wanted to charge me $300 to replace 1 headlight bulb on my 04 tl. Since I didnt have them replace the bulb they wanted to charge me a diagnosis fee. The problem is that they didnt tell me about the fee before they did the inspection. I went somewhere else and had both bulbs replaced for $200. That is still really high but you have to take the front end off. Last week I had problems with my transmission so I called them for advice. Paul told me that they will have to replace the transmission without looking at it. He told me that there is no reason to look at it. Why will they not check for a simple problem before replacing the entire transmission. All Paul wanted was the $5500. That is almost the value of a 04 tl with 150,000 miles. I will NOT go there anymore!!!!!!

Theyre somewhat short with me and I feel like Im treated like a sub-standard citizen because I bought my new car at a different Acura dealership. When we were pricing my new car, they specefically said that Id never get a loaner car during service if I bought my car from somewhere other than them... and that turned us off so much that I didnt get my car there. Too bad though, because Ill always be stuck with the courtesy van! Aside from the loaner-car, the staff can be in a hurry, lack explanation, and be dissinterested in you unless you purchased your car there. Ive seen them be nicer to others while inside the shop... They should re-read their motto, "total luxury care." I have faith in their routine staff - they always give you a good time frame for service, and provide a free car wash.
