I just completed a long distance transaction for an Audi A5 with this company. The salesperson I worked with was Kory. Found car on eBay Motors for a great price, item description indicated it had been "inspected and serviced and is 100% complete." Initially, Kory was quick to reply to correspondence and was helpful re: deposit. However, about the time I got the inspection done, things seemed to change. Audi Nashville did an excellent and thorough inspection (including photos) plus fixed several issues under warranty that they identified. They also noted $1700 in repairs including a need for new brakes and rotors on both axles, wiper blades and tire possibly out of round, which is a long ways from "complete" in my mind. Korys reply was that inspections pick up "every little thing," but having well functioning brakes hardly seems to fit that description. Upon agreement to have these items fixed and a modest reduction in price, I made an appt to fly in from Denver to Nashville to pick up the car. Kory and I exchanged several calls, texts, and emails arranging details with Kory. Kory was over an hour late to meet me, no call, no reason and most importantly no apology while in the meantime I had been frantically working every point of contact I could. (I called Evan who was unfortunately on vacation out of state and couldnt help me. He gave me the # of Adam, another salesperson there. Curiously, he didnt offer to contact Kory himself; I realize he was on vacation but he is also the owner of the company. I too own a small business and it comes with the territory.) Anyway, once Kory finally arrived, I asked for the receipts for the repairs (brakes and wiper blades) and he said hed email those later. Umm...no. Not what we agreed on. So I waited while he obtained those before completing paperwork. Last but not least, I asked him right before leaving to verify when I might expect title. He had told me a week or less right before I left to retrieve the vehicle. But suddenly, due to the owner being gone (surely this was anticipated?) it is now two weeks or more as apparently theres not an alternate to take care of title work. Long story short, I was hopeful. I wanted to love this experience. This was my first long-distance buy and I did my homework and then some getting reports, checking ratings, etc. So far I do really like the car, but cant say the same for the process. Caveat emptor.

Its hard to find a dealership / Auto Service that you trust nowadays. The mechanic made me feel right at home and I trusted his expertise from the very beginning. Both Evans at Niche Motors were great to work with. They made sure to tell me exactly what they were seeing on the vehicle and why it needed to be repaired/replaced. I never got that feeling where, you feel like youre being up sold something you dont need fixed. They showed me exactly what they replaced and were spot on with their estimated cost. I couldnt be more happy, and will seriously consider buying my next vehicle from them. Great work with great people is a hard find. But Im glad I found it here. Car was an 09 Mercedes Benz 4 matic. Work done: Spark plugs; Belt, Radiator hose.

Being a car dealer and in the industry for 30 years I have seen it all and I have to say that Evan was in the top tier of them all when it comes to selling vehicles. He was spot on with the description of my Audi R8 that I purchased from him. Very trustworthy and caring about his clients. I never had to worry about anything with the purchase as he was straight forward and courteous throughout the whole time I dealt with Niche motors. He picked us up from the airport and took us back to his dealership. The car was better then described and would do business again..

Im a long time car guy and have run in the same circles as Evan for years. I was too busy with work to deal with selling my wifes car after getting very low trade-in offer when purchasing her a new car. I opted to have Niche motors list it and broker the sale. I couldnt have been more pleased with the outcome. Evan got us top dollar for my wifes car, even after the first buyer fell through, Evan remained diligent until another buyer was found. Ive since realized its just not worth the hassle of selling my own cars anymore, that will now be handled by Niche Motors.

So, for this dealer, particularly Evan to recieve the highest rating is the honest truth. He is very straightforward and honest. Most importantly, he is very easy to work with.
